0次ラボにおけるリードエンジニアを募集!
東証プライム上場企業の顧客を相手に、直接契約で内製支援をしていきます。
いま募集しているリードクラスエンジニアのポジションは、次の通りです。

フルスタックエンジニアとして、領域を超えたPdMのような立ち回りの方を求めています。
・大規模Webアプリ開発プロジェクト「エンジニアチームのナビゲーター」
技術でチームやサービスを牽引して、技術選定や技術課題の解決ができる方を求めています。
・インフラプロジェクト「縁の下の“超”力持ち」

## ■働く環境
持ち帰り案件なのでフルリモートor本社で業務をしています。
バーチャルオフィスを活用し、チームで円滑にコミュニケーションを取りながら
業務に取り組める環境をご用意しています。
また、月に数回1on1も実施しているため、フルリモートであっても孤独感は感じづらい環境です。
新しい経験が積みたくても経験がないと難しい場合が多いですが、
0次ラボは「チーム」でプロジェクトに関わるため、
チームのサポートを受けながら

## 【業務内容】
東証グロース上場企業として、エンタープライズ企業(主に東証プライム上場企業)の「0次DX」を推進するリードエンジニアとしてご活躍いただきます 。単なる実装作業の請負ではなく、顧客の隣で「ビジネス要求の言語化」から「最適なアーキテクチャ設計・実装」までを一貫して担い、技術的な意思決定をリードする役割を期待しています 。
## 【業務詳細】
* **技術リード・設計**: プロジェクトにおける技術的指針(ビジョン)を提示し、静的型付け言語を用いた高度な実装および詳細設計による品質管理を主導します 。
* **モダン開発の推進**: 生成AI(LLM等)の活用やクラウドネイティブな構成への移行など、最新技術を用いたPoC・新規サービス立ち上げを牽引します 。
* **チームマネジメント(技術面)**: コーディング規約の策定、コードレビュー、開発プロセスの標準化を通じてチーム全体のアウトプットを最大化します 。
* **顧客折衝・提案**: 顧客のビジネス課題を技術的視点から分析し、実現可能な解決策を提案・実装へと落とし込みます 。

## ■Work Environment
Because our projects are taken in-house, we work fully remote or at the head office.
We provide a virtual office so that you can work on tasks while communicating smoothly with your team.

Gaining new experience is often difficult without prior experience, but since the 0th Lab involves projects as a "team," you can take on new challenges with support from your team.
## 【Job Description】
As a company listed on the TSE Growth Market, you will play an active role as a lead engineer promoting "0th DX" for enterprise companies (mainly TSE Prime-listed companies). This is not simply a contract for implementation work; we expect you to take responsibility for everything from "articulating business requirements" to "optimal architecture design and implementation" alongside the client, and to lead technical decision-making.
## 【Job Details】
* **Technical Lead and Design**: Present the technical direction (vision) for projects, and lead advanced implementation using statically typed languages as well as quality control through detailed design.
* **Promotion of Modern Development**: Lead PoC and new service launches using the latest technologies, such as utilizing generative AI (LLMs, etc.) and migrating to cloud-native architectures.
* **Team Management (Technical)**: Maximize the output of the entire team through establishing coding standards, code reviews, and standardizing development processes.
* **Client Negotiation and Proposals**: Analyze clients' business challenges from a technical perspective, and propose feasible solutions and turn them into implementation.
* **Developing Junior Engineers**: As a technical leader, proactively provide education and mentoring to junior engineers and contribute to raising the capabilities of the entire organization.
