仕事内容Job description	【お仕事の内容】ラクスル事業のサービスにおける、マーケティング領域のBizDevとしてマーケティング戦略をレバーとした事業開発、事業の成長をミッションとして担っていただきます。プロダクトマネージャー、デザイナー、データサイエンティストなど多様なメンバーと連携を図り、ユーザーやマーケットに向き合いながらサービスを育てるポジションです。「誰に」「どんな価値を提供するのか」という顧客起点の思考を出発点とし、ラクスルECサイトで取り扱っている数多くの商品(例:チラシ、ダンボール、ノベルティ)間のクロスセル促進・仕組みづくりのプロジェクトリードをお任せします。お持ちのマーケティング実務のご経験・スキルを活かしながら、How論に閉じずWho-Whatのレイヤーから取り組む本質性の高いマーケティングや、200万人を超える会員基盤を活用したプロダクト改善、非連続な成長に向けたマーケット戦略策定など中核を業務を担えます。マーケティングを中心とした仕組みづくりにチャレンジしませんか? ・Webサービスのマーケティング業務・顧客理解に基づく顧客戦略の策定・ハンズオンでの実行・広告代理店ディレクション・マネジメントによる戦術実行・複数職種から成るチームのリードデータ、クリエイティブ、プロダクトマネジメント等・プロジェクトマネジメントスコープ設定、KGI/KPI、ロードマップ、タスク管理、リソース要求/管理、PJコミュニケーション　など As a BizDev in the marketing domain of ラクスル's services, you will be responsible for business development and business growth, using marketing strategy as the main lever. You will work closely with diverse team members, including product managers, designers, and data scientists, and grow the service while engaging with users and the market. Starting from a customer-centric mindset of "to whom" and "what value to provide," you will lead projects to promote cross-selling and build mechanisms across the many products handled on the ラクスル EC site (e.g., flyers, cardboard boxes, novelties). Drawing on your experience and skills in marketing practice, you can take on core work that goes beyond How-focused thinking and approaches marketing from the Who-What layer with high substance, product improvement using a member base of over 200万人, and market strategy formulation for discontinuous growth.
