We provide AI and mathematical optimization solutions so that customers in various industrial sites can actually use cutting-edge technology in their daily operations. Many social infrastructure sites face challenges such as a shortage of successors, dependence on individual personnel, cost reduction, and CO2 reduction.
Through a deep understanding of these social issues, we simulate multiple scenarios effectively and visualize analysis results, thereby enabling our customers to make optimal operational decisions and reduce costs.

【お仕事の内容】
ビジネスアーキテクトとして、クライアントのビジネス課題を構造化し、AI・数理最適化を活用した解決策を設計します。その上で、社会インフラ領域(エネルギー・製造・物流など)のAIプロジェクトを構想から実行までリードしていただきます。
As a Business Architect, you will structure clients' business challenges and design solutions utilizing AI and mathematical optimization. You will then lead AI projects in social infrastructure fields (energy, manufacturing, logistics, etc.) from conception through execution. |

以下いずれかのご経験
* Web/業務システム開発における要件定義〜設計〜実装〜リリースのいずれかのフェーズ経験
* ITコンサルタントとしてのシステム企画・要件定義・アーキテクチャ検討の経験
* 5名以上のエンジニア/データサイエンティスト/コンサルタントを
巻き込んだプロジェクトでのリード経験
(役職名は不問。リーダー的役割を担っていればOKです)
* 不確実な状況下で、自ら判断し物事を前に進めた経験
(顧客や社内を説得し、方針を決め切った経験を想定)
* 技術とビジネスの両面から、トレードオフを考えられる素地
(「なぜこの設計にするのか」を言語化できる方)
【歓迎要件】
* ITアーキテクト/テックリードとしての設計経験
(アプリケーション、データ基盤、インフラのいずれか)
* データサイエンス/機械学習/数理最適化プロジェクトの経験
(要件定義のみ、PoCのみでも可)
* Python、TypeScript、Java等によるアプリケーション実装の経験
* 電力、製造、プラント設計、物流など社会インフラに関わる業界での実務経験
(クライアント側・ベンダ側いずれも可)
* 数学/統計学/最適化に関する基礎知識
※全てを満たしている必要はありません。
* Experience in any phase of requirements definition, design, implementation, or release for web or business system development
* Experience in system planning, requirements definition, and architecture consideration as an IT consultant
* Experience leading a project involving 5 or more engineers, data scientists, or consultants
(Job title is not a concern. Acceptable if you have played a leadership-type role.)
* Experience of making decisions and moving matters forward under uncertain conditions
(Assumes experience of persuading customers or internal stakeholders and firmly establishing a direction.)
* Foundation for considering trade-offs from both technical and business perspectives
(Candidates who can articulate "why this design" are welcome.)
[Preferred requirements]
* Experience in architecture or design as an IT architect or tech lead
(in application, data platform, or infrastructure, any one of these)
* Experience in data science, machine learning, or mathematical optimization projects
(Requirements definition only or PoC only is acceptable.)
* Experience in application implementation using Python, TypeScript, Java, etc.
* Practical experience in industries related to social infrastructure, such as electric power, manufacturing, plant design, and logistics
(Both client-side and vendor-side experience are acceptable.)
* Basic knowledge of mathematics, statistics, or optimization

賞 与:基本給1か月分を基準とし、評価・業績によって決められた金額を、1年に2回支給(2月・8月)

Theoretical annual salary breakdown (fixed monthly salary × 12 months + bonus)
Fixed monthly salary: 518,801 to 890,699 yen
Base salary: 389,777 to 669,191 yen
Special work allowance: 129,024 to 221,508 yen (equivalent to overtime premium pay for 42 hours)
Bonus: Based on one month of base salary, the amount is determined by evaluation and company performance, and paid twice a year (February and August)
