仕事内容Job description * Building, operating, and maintaining AWS environments (EC2, ECS, RDS, etc.)
* Alarm response and failure investigation (from isolating the cause to resolution)
* Inquiry handling (receiving requests and consultations from inside and outside the company and handling them through to resolution)
* Configuration changes and modifications to existing infrastructure (permission settings, network settings, etc.)
* Improvement proposals based on requirements hearings
* Concurrent handling of multiple projects
* Operational management of internal systems (account management, internal tool support, etc.)
* Infrastructure: AWS, (GCP)
* Containers: Docker, Kubernetes
* IaC: Terraform
* CI/CD: GitLab CI/CD
* Monitoring tools: CloudWatch
* Others: GitLab, Slack, Backlog, Teams

Expected annual salary: 7,000,000 yen to 9,000,000 yen

Breakdown of theoretical annual salary (fixed monthly salary × 12 months + bonuses)
Fixed monthly salary: 520,000 to 668,500 yen

Special work allowance: 129,318 to 166,236 yen
Overtime pay: Includes 42 hours of estimated overtime.
Bonuses: Based on one month of base monthly salary, with amounts determined by company performance, paid twice a year (February and August)

応募資格Requirement * Practical experience with AWS (guideline: 3–5 years)
* Able to read VPC / Subnet / SG configurations and add communication paths or IP restrictions
* Able to add and review IAM permissions
* Able to investigate, operate, and maintain EC2 / ECS / RDS
* Able to investigate CloudWatch logs and add or modify alarms
* Able to design and implement redundancy methods such as Multi-AZ
* Able to modify or add to existing architectures (ECS / Lambda / Batch, etc.) after understanding them
* Able to hear requirements and, building on existing projects, consider and propose where changes should be made
[Preferred skills and experience (welcome if you have them, or tasks we would like to entrust to you in the future)]
* Able to build GitLab CI/CD
* Able to maintain existing infrastructure using Terraform or CloudFormation

* Takes ownership not only of building infrastructure but also of alarms, errors, and inquiry handling, seeing issues through to resolution
* Not averse to being in charge of multiple projects at the same time
* Willing to proactively take on internal information systems and IT administrator-type tasks alongside infrastructure work for projects
* Able to find issues independently and proceed with investigation and response, rather than waiting for instructions
