We provide AI and mathematical optimization solutions so that customers in various industrial sites can actually use cutting-edge technology in their daily operations. 【お仕事の内容】
大手インフラ企業向けの業務システム開発のPMとして、大規模プロジェクトの一部を丸ごとお任せします。要件定義と設計を担い、顧客と交渉しながら要件を固めます。
・言語:TypeScript(Node.js)、Python、SQL
・IDE:Microsoft VSCode(+Cursor)
・インフラ:AWS(ECS/ECR、EC2、RDS[MySQL/PostgreSQL])

As PM for business system development for a major infrastructure company, you will be entrusted with an entire portion of a large-scale project. You will be responsible for requirements definition and design, and will firm up requirements while negotiating with the client.

【必須要件】
・大手企業向けの業務システム開発(B2B)の経験
(例:ERP、SCM、人事、DWH/BIなど)
・ウォーターフォールでの開発経験
・クライアント折衝(見積もり・提案・要件定義・プリセールス等)の経験
・実装の経験
・Experience in developing business systems for large enterprises (B2B)
(e.g., ERP, SCM, HR, DWH/BI, etc.)
・Experience in waterfall development
・Experience in client negotiations (estimates, proposals, requirements definition, presales, etc.)
・Implementation experience |

Theoretical annual salary breakdown (fixed monthly salary × 12 months + bonus)
Fixed monthly salary: 593,800 to 964,000 yen

Base salary: 446,087 to 724,264 yen
Fixed overtime allowance: 147,714 to 239,736 yen (equivalent to overtime premium pay for 42 hours)
Bonus: Based on one month of base salary, the amount is determined according to evaluation and company performance, and paid twice a year (February and August)
