【お仕事の内容】
◆ストラクチャードファイナンス部門において、航空・海運等の市場動向の分析、個別取引先のクレジット分析、それらに基づく投資家向け資料作成とその管理、航空・海運等の案件組成にかかわる弊社海外子・関連会社の管理など、部門全体の管理支援業務全般をご担当いただきます。
・航空・海運等の市場動向のフォロー及び分析、業界レポートや航空機・船舶・コンテナレポートの作成とそのプロセスの管理
・個別取引先(レッシー)のクレジット分析や社内格付の付与、定期的レビュー、レポート作成、それらのプロセスの管理
・投資家向け各種資料(販売資料・事業報告書等)のレビュー及びそのプロセスの管理
・その他案件組成や期中管理業務のサポート、各種管理資料作成、数値管理
・航空・海運等の案件組成にかかわる弊社海外子会社(FPG Amentum)・関連会社(FPG AIM)に対する親会社としての管理
・部門全体の人材育成にかかわる業務
◆In the Structured Finance Division, you will be responsible for overall management support across the division, including analysis of market trends in aviation, shipping and other sectors, credit analysis of individual counterparties, preparation and management of investor materials based on these analyses, and parent-company oversight of the Company's overseas subsidiary and affiliates involved in deal origination in aviation, shipping and other sectors.
・Monitoring and analysis of market trends in aviation, shipping and other sectors, preparation of industry reports and aircraft, vessel and container reports, and management of these processes
・Credit analysis of individual counterparties (lessees), assignment of internal credit ratings, periodic reviews, report preparation, and management of these processes
・Review of various investor materials (marketing materials, business reports, etc.) and management of this process
・Support for other deal origination and in-term management operations, preparation of various management materials, and numerical management
・Parent-company management of the Company's overseas subsidiary (FPG Amentum) and affiliate (FPG AIM) involved in deal origination in aviation, shipping and other sectors
・Work related to human resource development across the division |
 応募資格Requirement |
【必須要件】
・金融機関等(銀行、リース会社、投資ファンド、格付機関等)で日系・非日系企業の財務分析の経験をお持ちの方、若しくは財務分析の基礎知識をお持ちの方
・英語資料を読んで理解が可能な方。(会話については流暢でなくても構いませんが、業務上のコミュニケーションが可能な程度の語学力は必要となります。)
【歓迎要件】
・航空・海運等の市場動向分析等になんらかの形で従事されていた方
・ストラクチャードファイナンスにかかわるミドルオフィス業務経験者
・英検準1級以上、TOEIC700点以上または同等の資格
・協調性がありコミュニケーション能力が高い方
・向上心があり、主体的に業務に取り組むことができる方
・新しい分野の知識の取得に熱心な方
・航空機、船舶、コンテナを対象とする国際的なビジネスに興味がある方
[Requirements]
・Persons with experience in financial analysis of Japanese or non-Japanese companies at financial institutions (banks, leasing companies, investment funds, rating agencies, etc.), or those with basic knowledge of financial analysis
・Persons who can read and understand English materials. (Fluency in conversation is not required, but a level of language proficiency sufficient for business communication is necessary.)
[Preferred requirements]
・Persons who have been involved in some form in market trend analysis for aviation, shipping, etc.
・Persons with middle office experience related to structured finance
・Eiken Pre-1st Grade or higher, TOEIC700点以上 or equivalent qualification
・Persons who are cooperative and have strong communication skills
・Persons who are motivated to grow and can work proactively
・Persons who are eager to acquire knowledge in new fields
・Persons interested in international business targeting aircraft, vessels, and containers |
