【お仕事の内容】
自社製造設備及び外販設備において、制御設計・開発業務を幅広くご担当いただきます。
電気設計から制御プログラム、システム開発まで、設備づくりの要となるポジションです。
<具体的には>
・電気制御設計及び各種プログラム(PLC、タッチパネル)作成と試運転、調整・設置作業
・各種制御機器(画像検査、サーボモータ、ロボット、データロギング)のセットアップ及び運用
・機体配線及び制御盤製作の実作業と外製業者への監督指示
・設備における制御機器において保守・保全・改善の実施
・VBAを活用したシステムの開発、VB・VCを用いたPCプログラムの開発
You will be responsible for a wide range of control design and development work for in-house manufactured equipment and equipment sold to external customers.
From electrical design to control programming and system development, this position is central to equipment creation.
<Specifically>
・Electrical control design and creation of various programs (PLC, touch panel), trial operation, adjustment, and installation work
・Setup and operation of various control devices (image inspection, servo motors, robots, data logging)
・Hands-on work for machine wiring and control panel fabrication, and supervision and instructions to outsourced manufacturers
・Maintenance, upkeep, and improvement of control devices in equipment
・Development of systems using VBA, and development of PC programs using VB and VC |
 応募資格Requirement |
【必須要件】
・設備の制御設計に関する実務経験
・電気制御または情報技術に関する基礎知識
【歓迎要件】
・CADを用いた制御設計、PLCソフトによる動作プログラムの作成と立上げ経験
・各種メーカーの各種制御機器取り扱い経験
(メーカー:オムロン、キーエンス、三菱、安川など 機器:PLC、タッチパネル、サーボ、画像、ロボットなど)
・産業用ロボットのセットアップ、ティーチング及び動作プログラム作成によるロボット技術
・機体配線や制御盤製作などの実務経験
・Officeソフト(Excel、Word、PowerPoint、Outlook)の操作スキル
・Practical experience in control design for equipment
・Basic knowledge of electrical control or information technology
・Experience in control design using CAD and in creating and commissioning operation programs with PLC software
・Experience handling various control devices from various manufacturers
(Manufacturers: OMRON, KEYENCE, Mitsubishi, Yaskawa, etc. Devices: PLC, touch panels, servos, vision systems, robots, etc.)
・Robot skills through setup, teaching, and creation of operation programs for industrial robots
・Practical experience in machine wiring and control panel fabrication, etc.
・Operation skills in Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) |
