【必須要件】
生産設備の 設計に関する実務経験(構想設計・詳細設計いずれか)
【歓迎要件】
●仕様設計:顧客のニーズを吸い上げ、適切な設備仕様書を纏める知識と実務経験
●構想設計:仕様書に基づいて、コストを考慮した設備基本構成や機能を選定し、
具体的な形状や寸法の検討ができる技術と実務経験
●詳細設計:構想設計に基づいて、材料の選定、強度計算、加工方法の検討しながら部品の
詳細設計を行うスキルと実務経験
●部品選定・手配:設計に必要な部品を選定し、納期やコストも考慮して、最適な部品を選んで
メーカーに発注する能力と実務経験
●顧客連携:設計コンセプト、図面、製作方法、導入工程について顧客と打ち合わせを行い、
調整や折衝ができる能力と実務経験
●納期調整:部品調達状況や設備製作工程を考慮して、全体の納期を調整する能力と実務経験
●設備開発に関する業務経験
●Inventor等の3D-CAD操作経験
●Officeソフト(Excel、Word、PowerPoint、Outlook)の操作スキル
Practical experience in production equipment design (conceptual design or detailed design, either)

●Specification design: Knowledge and practical experience in gathering customer needs and compiling appropriate equipment specifications
●Conceptual design: Based on specifications, selecting basic equipment configuration and functions while considering cost, and
studying specific shapes and dimensions with the technical skills and practical experience to do so
●Detailed design: Based on conceptual design, performing detailed design of parts while considering material selection, strength calculation, and machining methods, with the skills and practical experience to do so
●Parts selection and procurement: Ability and practical experience to select parts needed for design, considering delivery time and cost, choosing optimal parts and
placing orders with manufacturers
●Customer coordination: Holding meetings with customers on design concept, drawings, manufacturing methods, and introduction process, with the
ability and practical experience to coordinate and negotiate
●Delivery schedule adjustment: Ability and practical experience to adjust the overall delivery schedule considering parts procurement status and equipment manufacturing process
●Work experience in equipment development
●Experience operating 3D-CAD such as Inventor
●Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) operation skills |
