【お仕事の内容】
当社では、製造現場の課題解決に向け、画像認識・機械学習を中心としたAI技術開発を進めています。
大学との共同研究や国際会議への論文投稿にも取り組んでおり、研究開発から社会実装まで一貫して携われる環境です。
画像検査を中心としたAI・自動化システム開発チームの一員として、機械学習技術の
開発から生産現場への導入まで担当いただきます。
現場課題の整理、データ収集、アルゴリズムの検討・実装、モデル評価、精度改善、
システム化まで、幅広く携わっていただきます。
具体的には、以下のような業務を想定しています。
・画像認識、異常検知等の機械学習・Deep Learning技術開発
・データ収集、PoC、モデル評価、精度改善
・最新論文の調査、アルゴリズムの検討・実装
・開発したAIの製造現場への導入・検証
・生成AI、GPT APIを活用したAIアプリケーション開発
・既存AI・業務アプリケーションの改善、運用
AI技術を研究・検証で終わらせず、自ら開発した技術を実際の製造現場で使われる仕組みにする
ことが、この仕事の大きな特徴です。
At our company, we are advancing AI technology development centered on image recognition and machine learning to solve issues on manufacturing sites.
We also engage in joint research with universities and submit papers to international conferences, providing an environment where you can be involved consistently from research and development through to social implementation.
As a member of the AI and automation system development team centered on image inspection, you will be responsible for everything from the development of machine learning
technology to its introduction to production sites.
You will be involved in a wide range of work, from organizing on-site issues, data collection, algorithm study and implementation, model evaluation, and accuracy improvement,
through to systemization.
Specifically, the following duties are anticipated.
・Development of machine learning and Deep Learning technologies such as image recognition and anomaly detection
・Data collection, PoC, model evaluation, accuracy improvement
・Research of the latest papers, study and implementation of algorithms
・Introduction and verification of developed AI at manufacturing sites
・Development of AI applications utilizing generative AI and the GPT API
・Improvement and operation of existing AI and business applications
A major characteristic of this job is not letting AI technology end with research and verification, but turning the technology you develop yourself into systems actually used
at manufacturing sites. |

【必須要件】
・Python等を用いた画像処理・機械学習の実装経験(OpenCV、PyTorch等)
・アルゴリズムの設計・実装経験(画像処理、数値計算、統計処理など)
【歓迎要件】
・機械学習、Deep Learningモデルの開発・評価・改善経験
・最新論文をもとにしたアルゴリズム実装・技術検証経験
・Webアプリケーションの開発経験
・生成AIやGPT APIを活用した開発経験
・生産現場へのAI・システム導入経験
・Experience implementing image processing and machine learning using Python or similar (OpenCV, PyTorch, etc.)
・Experience designing and implementing algorithms (image processing, numerical computation, statistical processing, etc.)
・Experience developing, evaluating, and improving machine learning and Deep Learning models
・Experience implementing algorithms and conducting technical verification based on the latest papers
・Experience developing Web applications
・Experience in development utilizing generative AI or the GPT API
・Experience introducing AI and systems to production sites |
