Experience in designing mechanical components [3 years or more as a guideline]
●Someone who enjoys taking on new challenges
●Someone who is good at drawing out customer needs and solving their problems
●Someone with knowledge or skills specialized in any one of the following fields: machining, joining technology, resin molding, materials, etc.
●Someone who is attuned to new technologies and market needs and can proactively propose ideas
