【お仕事の内容】
PCゲーム「PSO2 ニュージェネシス」や、ゲームセンターで大人気稼働中「StarHorse4」、webサービス「セガラッキーくじオンライン」など、幅広い決済システムを企画、開発、保守、運営を実施しております。
業務拡大に伴い、共に参画していただける保守、運営者を募集いたします。
・決済システムの保守、運営
・各種決済会社の選定、調査
・決済システムの概略書、仕様書、及びテスト項目策定及びテスト実施
・社内の情報連携対応
・社内からの決済システム問合せ対応
・ユーザー問合せに伴う、調査、対応・新規決済導入対応
We plan, develop, maintain, and operate a wide range of payment systems, including those for the PC game "PSO2 ニュージェネシス," "StarHorse4," which is extremely popular in arcades, and the web service "セガラッキーくじオンライン."
As our business expands, we are looking for maintenance and operations staff to join us.
・Maintenance and operation of payment systems
・Selection and research of various payment companies
・Creation of outlines and specifications for payment systems, as well as formulating test items and conducting tests
・Handling internal information coordination
・Responding to internal inquiries about payment systems
・Investigation and response to user inquiries; handling the introduction of new payment methods |
 応募資格Requirement |
【必須要件】
・ユーザーサポート経験
└顧客対応ではなく、社内や製品・サービスに関する技術的なサポート経験がある方
・デバッカー経験
└ゲームやソフトウェアの品質管理・テスト業務に従事した経験
・プログラム経験
└実務で2年以上の開発経験がある方
・ネットワークの基礎知識
- User support experience
└ Those with technical support experience relating to internal matters or products/services, rather than customer service
- Debugger experience
└ Experience engaged in quality control/testing work for games or software
- Programming experience
└ Those with 2 years or more of hands-on development experience
- Basic knowledge of networks
