* 製造業の変革を支えるPMOコンサルタントとして、トップメーカーの変革プロジェクトに
入り込み、戦略と現場をつなぐ推進役を担っていただきます。単なるスケジュール管理
ではなく、「構想から実行までをどうやって現実に落とすか?」を考え、プロジェクトの
中核で成果創出を支援する事(一般的なコンサルタントに近しい動き)で、ダイレクトに
クライアントへの課題解決に向き合う事が出来ます。
* 支援対象は、グローバル展開企業/業界を代表するプライム企業が中心。プロジェクトの
テーマ性も、社会/産業に与えるインパクトが大きく、現場から経営層まで幅広い影響を
及ぼします。
加えて、社内では専門領域別の勉強会やナレッジ共有、独自のテンプレート開発等にも
携わって いただくことで、スキルUPとクライアント貢献がリンクする環境が整ってい
ます。
【お仕事の内容】
* 製造業の中期テーマ(DX/サプライチェーン再編/設備導入/新製品開発等)に対するPMO
支援
* プロジェクト計画策定、進捗/課題/リスク管理、KPI設計と実行サポート
* 経営層向け資料作成/可視化/意思決定支援
* チーム運営支援(会議体ファシリテーション、役割設計、ルール整備等)
* 若手メンバーの育成およびナレッジマネジメント活動への貢献
※その他プロジェクト進行や行程をより、スムーズに行う為のサポート/推進を幅広く行います。

[Job description]
* PMO support for medium-term themes in the manufacturing industry (DX / supply chain restructuring / equipment introduction / new product development, etc.)
* Project plan formulation, progress/issue/risk management, KPI design and execution support
* Preparation of materials for management, visualization, and decision-making support
* Team operation support (facilitation of meeting bodies, role design, rule development, etc.)
* Development of junior members and contribution to knowledge management activities
*Additionally, you will carry out a wide range of support/promotion activities to make project progress and processes run more smoothly.

9:00–18:00 (flextime system, no core time)
