【お仕事の内容】
中部エリアを代表するクライアント(電力・ガス等のインフラ企業、および製造業を主要顧客に持つ大手SIer)の最重要プロジェクトにおいて、PM,PL代替やPMO(Project Management Office)としての舵取りをお任せします。また、ご経験を生かしITプロジェクトの実務をサポートすることもございます。
生活に不可欠なエネルギーインフラや、世界シェアを誇る製造現場の業務を深く理解し、プロジェクトの遅延や品質低下を防ぐ「仕組み」を構築・運用します。
経営層から現場のエンジニア、マルチベンダー体制における各社担当者まで、多様な関係者の間に立ち、共通のゴール(完遂)に向けて合意形成を推進します。
デスク上の管理に留まらず、現場特有の商習慣や制約を考慮した柔軟かつ論理的なアクションで、プロジェクトを成功に導きます。

In the most critical projects of clients representing the Chubu area (infrastructure companies such as electric power and gas, and a major SIer with manufacturing companies as its main customers), you will be entrusted with steering projects as a substitute for a PM or PL, or as a PMO (Project Management Office). You may also support the practical work of IT projects by making use of your experience.
You will gain a deep understanding of energy infrastructure, which is indispensable to daily life, and of operations at manufacturing sites boasting world-leading market share, and will build and operate "mechanisms" that prevent project delays and quality degradation.
Standing between diverse stakeholders—from management to on-site engineers and the personnel of each company in a multi-vendor structure—you will drive consensus building toward a common goal (completion).
Rather than limiting yourself to desk-based management, you will lead projects to success through flexible and logical actions that take into account the business customs and constraints specific to each site. |

【A】IT・SIer経験
・システム開発・テストの基礎知見(目安1年以上)
※「自らコードを書く」必要はありませんが、開発ベンダーの成果物を技術的な観点で評価・コントロールできる知見を求めます。
・チームリード、またはPL経験(目安3名以上)
→プロジェクトの進捗管理やメンバーのタスク管理を行ってきた経験。
【B】電力・エネルギー業界経験
・エネルギー、電力業界での就業経験
・ITシステムのチームリード、またはPL経験(目安3名以上)
●学歴不問

・Basic knowledge of system development and testing (approx. 1 year or more)
*You do not need to "write code yourself," but we require knowledge that enables you to evaluate and control the deliverables of development vendors from a technical perspective.
・Experience as a team lead or PL (approx. 3 or more members)
→Experience managing project progress and members' tasks.
[B] Power/Energy industry experience
・Work experience in the energy or power industry
・Experience as a team lead or PL for IT systems (approx. 3 or more members)
