* プロジェクト管理手法の知識・経験・意欲
・プロジェクト管理手法におけるPMBOK等の体系的知識、もしくは同等の実務経験、
または今後習得する意欲
* ドメイン特有の専門知識
・防衛・公共案件における公的文書作成、契約・調達プロセス、関連法規の知識
* IT・エンジニアリング領域の背景
・BtoB向けソフトウエア開発、またはITインフラ(サーバ・ネットワーク・
セキュリティ等)の知識、実務経験
・製造領域におけるPLM(製品ライフサイクル管理)やBOM(部品表)の知識
* グローバル対応力
・英語を用いた実務経験(ドキュメント読解、会議ファシリテーション等)

* Knowledge, experience, and motivation regarding project management methodologies
・Systematic knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMBOK, or equivalent practical experience, or the motivation to acquire it going forward
* Domain-specific expertise
・Knowledge of official document preparation, contract and procurement processes, and related laws and regulations in defense and public sector projects
* Background in the IT/engineering field
・Knowledge and practical experience in BtoB software development or IT infrastructure (servers, networks, security, etc.)
・Knowledge of PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) and BOM (Bill of Materials) in the manufacturing field
* Global capabilities
・Practical experience using English (reading documents, facilitating meetings, etc.)
* Someone who can grasp matters logically and with a field-oriented perspective
* Someone who wants to apply their experience with large-scale, complex projects in a field with greater social impact
* Someone who can leverage defense knowledge (or the motivation to acquire it) and drive projects forward while taking a bird's-eye view as a third party
