仕事内容Job description [Job description]
* PMO support for mid-term themes in the manufacturing industry (DX / supply chain restructuring / equipment introduction / new product development, etc.)
* Project planning, progress / issue / risk management, KPI design and execution support
* Preparation of materials for executives / visualization / decision-making support
* Team operation support (facilitation of meeting bodies, role design, rule development, etc.)
* Development of junior members and contribution to knowledge management activities
*Additionally, you will broadly provide support / promotion to make project progress and processes run more smoothly.

[Working hours]
9:00-18:00 (flextime system, no core time)

応募資格Requirement * 2 years or more of experience in PMO or project-level management
* Some business knowledge related to the manufacturing industry (automotive, machinery, electrical/electronics, food, pharmaceuticals, etc.)
* Skills in creating materials with Excel / PowerPoint and explaining them to clients
* Skills in organizing issues / coordinating with stakeholders
