仕事内容Job description ▍An Environment for Taking Initiative: You will have the opportunity to launch marketing initiatives from scratch and take ownership of bringing your own ideas to life. Our culture fosters open, flat communication, enabling rapid decision-making and action—an environment where taking on new challenges is encouraged.
▍Skill Development and Growth Opportunities: In a culture that welcomes fresh ideas and new initiatives, you will find ample opportunities to leverage your existing strengths and gain practical experience in the skills you wish to develop. Regular feedback ensures steady professional growth.

This includes planning and managing events (both online and in-person, ranging from 30 to 300 attendees) and creating materials related to studying abroad (such as guidebooks and student success stories).
・You will lead promotional activities, primarily through social media and digital advertising. This involves crafting compelling copy, designing advertisements, developing online content, building landing pages, managing social media posts, and executing email marketing campaigns.
・You will analyze the results of your initiatives and use that data to inform future strategies. With a clear sense of purpose, you will drive improvements and explore new approaches by combining creative thinking with data-driven insights. Ideal Candidate Profile
