CFO候補(最高財務責任者)
職種Position Back Office / Assistant
会社概要Company profile We are developing "Bring Out," an AI SaaS platform for analyzing conversation data. By analyzing conversations that often remain "black boxes"—such as sales meetings, internal discussions, and frontline service interactions—and extracting key information, we help client companies and their employees boost productivity.

Our solution is already utilized across diverse sectors—including IT, HR, M&A, real estate, manufacturing, and healthcare—and supports a wide range of functions such as sales, product development, R&D, finance, and human resources. We primarily serve enterprise-level clients, meeting rigorous demands for high security, availability, and flexible data integration.

Our technical foundation is built by a development team comprising engineers from companies like Amazon, Microsoft, and X (Twitter)—including several individuals with prior CTO experience—alongside an AI team featuring talent from Google, IBM, and Preferred Networks. With the evolution of LLMs, we can now transform previously invisible frontline tacit knowledge and customer insights into structured data; we are taking on the challenge of creating a new management model for the AI era, originating from Japan.
仕事内容Job description <Job Overview>
Refining primary information to renew Japan's management model
Until now, management decisions have been made based on aggregated figures and relayed reports. However, the dividing line that determines results lies in the primary information behind them.

Bringout combines an AI platform that extracts and structures primary information from dialogue data with its own products, identifies the points that move results from there, implements them as service and operational models tailored to each customer, and embeds them within the organization. The work does not stop at formulating strategy. We work directly on on-site operations and deliver all the way to the point where the quality of management decisions changes.

To date, we have been working together with enterprise customers representing Japan to transform core industry processes into AI Native ones. We create a state in which management and the front lines can act on the same questions, changing how a company sees, decides, and moves. That change produces results for one company, and eventually becomes a new management model referenced by other companies. By increasing the number of such companies, we aim to raise the competitiveness of Japanese companies as a whole.

Our business has entered a phase of rapid growth, and the next challenge is capital strategy. We are welcoming a CFO as a management member who will translate this growth into the language of the capital markets and design everything from fundraising and listing to the governance beyond.

The Role of the CFO
This is the first time our company is appointing a CFO. In this position, you will consistently be responsible for building a financial structure with an eye toward listing and for designing and executing capital strategy, and reporting directly to the CEO, you will oversee the company's entire finance domain, including fundraising, IPO preparation, management control, and consideration of M&A.

Day-to-day corporate operations are handled by a team led by the Head of Corporate, so the division of roles allows you to concentrate first on capital strategy and IPO preparation. Overall oversight of corporate functions in the future will be designed according to your experience and preferences.

What Makes This Position Interesting
(1) You can design fundraising from a blank slate
Where to raise funds from, how to use equity and debt differently, at what scale and timing to go public, how far to push growth investment. All of these unprecedented decisions are yet to come. Designing the finance organization and fundraising itself becomes the mission.

(2) Translating a business without a category into the language of the capital markets
Our business, which turns dialogue data into primary information for management, does not yet have an established market category. Moreover, it has a hybrid profit and loss structure in which platform recurring revenue and professional services revenue coexist, and there is no standard formula for how to turn this into metrics and how to talk about it. The work of translating the appeal of the business into an equity story that investors can properly evaluate will be the area where the CFO's own expertise is most valuable.

(3) Making decisions at the same table as the management team
You will participate in the board of directors, dialogue with shareholders, and management meetings from the very start. It is an environment where you can debate on equal footing, with financial expertise, alongside a management team made up of people from consulting firms, investment banks, and operating companies.

(4) You can build an AI-native administrative division
The entire company uses Claude Code in daily work, and we have also begun automating corporate operations. We are at a point where finance and accounting practice can be redesigned on the premise of AI, and you can invent the productivity of the administrative division itself.

The Four Areas of Work in This Position

(3) Advancing management control
Building and operating systems for business planning and budget-vs-actual management
Designing the KPI framework and management accounting for a hybrid model in which platform recurring revenue (ARR, NRR, etc.) and professional services revenue coexist
Providing materials for decision-making at management meetings
Providing a financial perspective on cross-departmental investment decisions such as hiring plans and development investment
Building the governance structure (internal controls, internal audit, division of duties among officers and mutual checks, etc.)
