Global Product Manager (PdM)
<Overview>
You will be responsible for product management for overseas markets (English-speaking regions) of "AI Monitoring," a SaaS that visualizes the "business impact" and "security risks" of generative AI usage. This position requires working across the four axes of business, product, technology, and language, and moving in an FDE (Forward Deployed Engineer)-like manner by deeply engaging with customers to deliver value. You will take charge of an extremely important launch phase in which gaining share in English-speaking markets is the decisive point for the business.

<Job description>
Formulating product strategy and roadmap for AI Monitoring for overseas enterprise customers
Requirements definition, use case design, and implementation support embedded in customers' business workflows (FDE-like role)
Specification drafting, prioritization, and release management in collaboration with the development team
Building a product improvement cycle starting from customer feedback
Understanding local needs in overseas markets (India, US, etc. are envisioned) and reflecting them in the product
Coordination between global and local with management and domestic teams

Product management experience with SaaS or BtoB products (3+ years as a guideline)
Practical experience in requirements definition, implementation, and negotiation with enterprise customers
Technical understanding at a level that allows technical discussions with development teams
Business-level English ability (a level that enables negotiation with overseas customers and teams)

Experience planning and developing products using generative AI / LLM
Knowledge of the security, governance, and compliance domains
Experience launching and localizing products for overseas markets
Experience with an FDE (Forward Deployed Engineer)-style way of working that involves deep engagement at customer sites
Knowledge of data analysis and dashboard-type products
Japanese communication ability (a plus for collaboration with domestic teams)
