仕事内容Job description ●Position Summary
You will be involved end-to-end, from consulting on the implementation of a TMS (Treasury Management System) that supports the optimization of financial operations for major Japanese corporate groups, through to operational support after implementation.
This is a position where you can actively take on the challenge of creating new value in line with customer needs and business growth.

●Job Details
Mainly for major companies operating globally in Japan and overseas, you will provide the following support.
・Upstream consulting related to TMS implementation
・Customer support after TMS implementation
・Support for outsourcing of financial operations, proposals for standardization and streamlining of operations
・Communication with overseas vendors
Email correspondence in English: daily
Conference calls in English: daily for those with a high volume, at least 1 time per week; varies by project

●What is TMS?
TMS (Treasury Management System) is a cutting-edge financial IT system that centrally manages corporate funds in real time and supports fund efficiency and faster management decision-making.
It is still in the process of becoming widespread in Japan, but many companies in Europe and the United States have adopted it, and it is an area expected to expand rapidly in the Japanese market going forward.

●Issues that can be solved by implementing TMS
・Fund information is fragmented by location, making collection time-consuming
・Low accuracy of cash flow management, resulting in unnecessary borrowing or fund shortages
・Financial operations depend on specific individuals, causing management decisions to take time
For these issues, we provide support to take corporate financial strategy to the next stage through TMS implementation.
●Direction of the TMS Service Business
DIVA's TMS service is a strategic business that leverages the customer base and trust of the consolidated accounting software "Diva System" (No.1 domestic market share).
Following the BPO business and the software business, it will drive DIVA's further growth as the "3rd pillar."

条件・待遇Condition Annual salary: 500–650万円
・Fixed overtime hours: 30 hours
・An expected annual salary amount (theoretical annual salary amount) is set at the start of the fiscal period or at the time of hiring, and paid in 14 installments (12 monthly salary payments, 2 bonus payments)
・The total monthly salary is calculated by taking the expected annual salary divided into 14 and treating that amount as "base salary + deemed overtime pay for 30 hours" (for the managerial/supervisory class, the amount divided into 14 is the base salary)
・Bonus amount: 2 to 3 times per year depending on grade (for upper grades, there is room for variation based on performance)
・Pay raises/promotions: 1 time per year / July (*For those below the managerial/supervisory class with less than 3 years since joining, 2 times per year / July and January)
