We are developing "Bring Out," an AI SaaS platform for analyzing conversation data. By analyzing conversations that often remain "black boxes"—such as sales meetings, internal discussions, and frontline service interactions—and extracting key information, we help client companies and their employees boost productivity.
Our solution is already utilized across diverse sectors—including IT, HR, M&A, real estate, manufacturing, and healthcare—and supports a wide range of functions such as sales, product development, R&D, finance, and human resources. We primarily serve enterprise-level clients, meeting rigorous demands for high security, availability, and flexible data integration.
Our technical foundation is built by a development team comprising engineers from companies like Amazon, Microsoft, and X (Twitter)—including several individuals with prior CTO experience—alongside an AI team featuring talent from Google, IBM, and Preferred Networks. With the evolution of LLMs, we can now transform previously invisible frontline tacit knowledge and customer insights into structured data; we are taking on the challenge of creating a new management model for the AI era, originating from Japan. |

・Bring Out の対話解析AIを、顧客のシステム基盤(CRM / SFA / 音声解析 / ERPなど)に統合
・API設計・連携、LLM・RAG・音声認識などの要素を組み合わせた新ユースケースのアーキテクチャ設計
・複雑な非構造データを処理する解析パイプラインの最適化・汎化設計
・クライアント課題をもとにした高速PoC〜MVP開発
・OpenAI / Anthropic / Vertex AI など各種モデルを用いたLLM統合・パフォーマンス検証
・新しい対話解析ユースケースの技術検証・再利用可能な仕組み化
・BizDev・AI・Backend チームと協働し、現場実装の知見を設計原則に昇華
・技術的リスクを特定し、再現性ある開発プロセスを設計
・技術標準化・共通モジュール化を推進し、プロダクトのスケーラビリティを向上

This is a position as a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) who accelerates corporate decision-making and organizational transformation through the implementation of a conversation analysis AI SaaS. You will break down client companies' management issues with technology, design and implement enterprise-grade AI architectures that fuse LLMs, conversation data, and business workflows, and feed those results back to the SaaS product team to lead the product's evolution cycle.
[Product Implementation and Extension Development]
・Integrating conversation analysis AI into clients' system infrastructure (CRM / SFA / voice analysis / ERP, etc.)
・API design and integration, and architecture design for new use cases combining elements such as LLM, RAG, and speech recognition
・Optimization and generalized design of analysis pipelines that process complex unstructured data
[Technical Validation and Prototyping]
・Rapid PoC to MVP development based on client issues
・Integration and performance validation using various LLMs
・Technical validation of new conversation analysis use cases and building them into reusable mechanisms
[Team Collaboration and Product Improvement]
・Collaborating with the BizDev, AI, and Backend teams to elevate knowledge from on-site implementation into design principles
・Identifying technical risks and designing reproducible development processes
・Promoting technical standardization and common modularization to improve product scalability

[Requirements]
・5 or more years of software development experience, or 2 or more years of practical AI/ML experience (OSS contributions and the like also acceptable)
・Experience in product development as part of a team (toB, toC, or contract development — any is fine)
・Proficient use of Python or TypeScript (at production code level)
・Experience in development and operations in a cloud environment (any of AWS, Azure, or GCP)
・Basic knowledge of prompt engineering, LLM integration (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), and RAG systems
・Experience building production-grade AI systems
[Preferred requirements]
・Experience analyzing and structuring unstructured data such as sales meeting or conversation data
・Experience developing generative AI features in SaaS or PoC projects
・Experience making decisions as an architecture designer or technical leader
・Practical experience in rapid prototyping and improving user flows
・Practical experience with AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, etc.)
・Implementation experience in LLM application development (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, etc.)
・Experience with OSS contributions, technical communication/outreach, or as a tech lead |
