仕事内容Job description In this position, you will work with business, tech, and creative members to carry out activities as a PMO (Project Management Office) in Sun*'s projects.
You will monitor multiple projects across the organization and consider and support the introduction of improvement measures for smooth operations. (Cross-project PMO)
This work involves going to Vietnam, joining local members' development activities, and supporting them.
If you already have a career as a PMO, you can further expand your scope of work in a global environment, and as a step up from an engineer or PM, you can acquire the ability to manage and support projects from a bird's-eye view.
Sun* has been operating a PMO for more than 7 years, and this is a position we will focus on even more going forward.

[Job Details]
== Project Support PMO ==
・Designing and adjusting project processes and communication plans
・Managing common issues for projects that contain multiple development teams
== Cross-project PMO ==
・Research and issue identification across all of Sun*'s projects
・Planning, introducing, and reviewing the results of measures applied to company-wide projects
・Traveling to Vietnam and improving development processes while working with local members
*Scope of change: duties determined by the company

・Project support in Japanese within various teams, such as global teams including Vietnam and teams made up only of Japanese members

・Project operation skills in the 0→1 phase
・Bird's-eye-view project support skills that influence more than 100 projects
・Project improvement skills that leverage the different characteristics and strengths of Japan and Vietnam
・Operational experience in a wide variety of business types with a fast pace, such as being involved in 1 project every six months
・Knowledge needed for requirement definition and design in the DX field, and for modern development situations

In addition to general project management duties, you will take on a leader position for an internally formed team, handling everything from upstream processes through to delivery in an end-to-end manner.
We would also like to entrust you with pre-sales for new clients and customer support when forming Vietnam teams.
