 仕事内容Job description |
【配属先ミッション】
① 顧客で発生した品質不具合の原因調査及び報告業務。
② 製造委託先での品質管理指導および品質改善業務。
③ ユニット内のISO9001業務のとりまとめ。
【職務内容】
製造委託先での品質管理状況に対してアドバイスや指導を行う。また検査効率の改善や不具合品の流出防止を検討し、製造委託先と協働で業務改善を行う。 顧客にて不具合が発生したときに、不具合情報を収集して製造委託先と協働で対応策を検討し顧客に報告する。現状出張は0~1回/月、英語は顧客とのメールでのやり取りや、報告書作成に使用する程度。早い段階で品質グループのリーダーをお任せしたい。

[Assignment team mission]
(1) Investigation and reporting of causes of quality defects that occurred at customers.
(2) Quality control guidance and quality improvement work at manufacturing subcontractors.
(3) Coordination of ISO9001 work within the unit.
[Job description]
Provide advice and guidance on the quality control status of manufacturing subcontractors. In addition, they will consider improving inspection efficiency and preventing the outflow of defective products, and improve operations in cooperation with manufacturing contractors. When a customer encounters a problem, they collect information about the problem, work with manufacturing contractors to consider countermeasures, and report the results to the customer. Current business trips are 0-1 times a month, and English is only used for exchanging emails with customers and writing reports. They would like to appoint the leader of the quality group at an early stage. |

【必須要件】
・顧客での不具合対応の経験。不具合の情報を収集し、論理的に問題解決を行った経験。
・検査データの管理を行うためのSPCや統計の知識。
・英語でのメール内容を理解し、英語で報告書を作成出来る読み書き能力。
・ISO9001の知識。ISO9001の内容を理解し、取引先での監査に活用した経験。
・品質グループを引っ張っていけるリーダーシップ。
・日本語力:日本語力試験 N1
【歓迎要件】
・プリント配線板や半導体に関する知識
・プログラミングの知識(AccessやVBAなどで活用)
[Requirements]
Experience dealing with customer problems. Experience in collecting defect information and solving problems logically.
・Knowledge of SPC and statistics for managing inspection data.
・Reading and writing ability to understand the content of emails in English and to create reports in English.
・Knowledge of ISO9001. Experience in understanding the content of ISO 9001 and applying it to audits at business partners.
・Leadership that can lead the quality group.
・Required Japanese ability: N1

・Knowledge of printed wiring boards and semiconductors
・Programming knowledge (used in Access, VBA, etc.) |
