AIロボットの据え付け・リペアを行うフィールドサービス職を募集します。
私たちは全国のコンビニや物流倉庫にAIロボットを設置し、業務の一部を自動化しています。単にロボットを動かすだけでなく、現場での気づきやデータを基に、より良く回る仕組みをつくっていく仕事です。
専門的な資格や知識は応募時点で不要です。
主な作業は「ネジ締め・配線」が中心なので、機械いじりや工具作業が好きな方なら、未経験からでも安心してスタートできます。
ロボットの導入・設置(デプロイ)から保守・修理(リペア)まで、本物のロボティクス技術に関わることができます。さらに、現場対応だけでなく作業フローの改善やマニュアル整備などにも関われるのが特徴です。

◆1日の流れ(例)
【リペア担当】
始業点検 → 社内連絡確認 → 稼働モニター/修理対応 → 昼食 → 委託先との調整等 → 終業点検
【デプロイ担当】
準備/資材チェック → 現場へ移動 → 設置/動作確認 → 片付け(フレックス活用可)

産業用ロボット特別教育など、業務に必要な資格や研修があれば全て会社が全額負担。

We are recruiting field service staff for the installation and repair of AI robots.
We install AI robots in convenience stores and logistics warehouses nationwide, automating parts of their operations. This job involves more than just operating robots; it's about creating more efficient systems based on on-site observations and data.
No specialized qualifications or knowledge are required at the time of application.
The main tasks involve "screw tightening and wiring," so anyone who enjoys working with machinery and tools can start with confidence, even without prior experience.
You will be involved in genuine robotics technology, from robot introduction and installation (deployment) to maintenance and repair. Furthermore, a key feature is that you will be involved not only in on-site support but also in improving work flows and developing manuals.
◆Specifically:
【Repair (Maintenance)】
Identifying the cause of robot malfunctions
Replacing, repairing, and adjusting parts
On-site initial response in case of errors
Checking and analyzing robot operation data
Providing feedback on areas for improvement to the development team
Improving and updating work flows and manuals
【Deployment (Introduction and Installation)】
Delivering and installing robots in stores
Initial setup and test operation
Troubleshooting during introduction
Organizing and standardizing the introduction process
Progressing the installation project
Providing operational instructions to store staff
【Process Improvement and Knowledge Sharing】
Creating work procedure manuals and technical manuals
Organizing and standardizing on-site operations
Knowledge sharing and quality improvement within the team

◆ Daily Schedule (Example)
【Repair Staff】
Start-up check → Internal communication confirmation → Operation monitoring/repair response → Lunch → Coordination with contractors, etc. → End-of-day check
【Deployment Staff】
Preparation/material check → Travel to the site → Installation/operation check → Cleanup (flexible working hours available)
◆ Onboarding Process
① Understand robot structure and AI mechanisms
② Learn on-site work by accompanying senior colleagues
③ Start with simple repairs and inspections
④ Specialization in either implementation or maintenance is possible
⑤ Involvement in improvement proposals and process design
<Salary and Benefits>
① Support for obtaining qualifications
The company fully covers all costs for necessary qualifications and training, such as electrician, machine maintenance, forklift operation skills, aerial work platform, and industrial robot special training.
If training is required, you will participate as part of your work, allowing you to continuously improve your skills while working.
② Workwear with air conditioning provided
You can stay comfortable even in summer, reducing physical strain and allowing you to concentrate on on-site work.
(Work is primarily indoors)
③ Regarding leave
Taking paid leave is relatively easy.
