【日本語力不問】事業幹部ポジション/中国企業の日本市場参入を牽引するマーケティングリーダー/勤務地:東京・上海(選択可能)
職種Position Sales / Overseas Sales
会社概要Company profile [One of Japan's largest YouTuber management companies; offering diverse monetization avenues—such as maximizing ad revenue, brand collaborations, and product development—and supporting creators across various genres including entertainment, gaming, beauty, and cooking.]

[Business Overview]
We provide comprehensive, end-to-end marketing support for Chinese companies expanding into the Japanese market.

[Recruitment Background]
As we expand our operations, we are seeking a senior business executive capable of driving our business in Tokyo and Shanghai and leading a cross-location organizational structure.
We expect the successful candidate not only to drive tangible business results but also to articulate the insights gained from both successes and failures, embedding this knowledge throughout the entire organization.
仕事内容Job description [Specific Job Responsibilities]
◾️ New Business Development, Relationship Management, and Proposal Creation
・ Prospecting Chinese companies (in sectors such as gaming, gadgets, and consumer goods) and maintaining relationships with existing clients
・ Identifying challenges clients face in the Japanese market and designing tailored marketing strategies
・ Proposing solutions that combine influencer campaigns, performance-based advertising, content production, and more

◾️ Involvement in Business Development
・ Managing teams spanning Tokyo and Shanghai
・ Designing and executing action plans and KPIs for your assigned area
・ Identifying necessary resources (personnel, budget, internal group assets) and proposing/negotiating them with management
・ Articulating insights gained from operations and sharing them across the organization

[Job Appeal and Rewards]
You will act as a partner to Chinese companies that have a clear determination to succeed in the Japanese market.
It is a role of significant scale, where your proposals can directly influence the success or failure of a product launch in Japan.

[Differentiating Factors]
While there are many service providers supporting Chinese companies' expansion into Japan, our company stands out from competitors in the following four ways:

① Our Creator Assets
We can incorporate one of Japan's largest creator networks into our proposals as an internal group asset.
Because we can design campaigns with creator involvement in mind from the very beginning—without relying on external agencies—the feasibility and speed of execution are fundamentally different.

② "UUUM" Brand Recognition in the Chinese Market
As a leader in Japan's influencer marketing industry, we have earned high recognition and trust within China as well.
Clients approach initial meetings with high expectations and trust, giving us a decisive advantage in sales activities and proposal pitching.

③ An Integrated In-House System Covering Everything from Planning to Execution
We handle functions such as influencer campaigns, performance-based advertising, events, live streaming, and content production in-house, rather than outsourcing them. We provide comprehensive support—ranging from planning and execution to performance analysis—rather than just handling one-off tasks; this enables us to build deep, long-lasting partnerships with our clients.

④ Local presence rooted in the Greater China region
With a sales office in Shanghai, our team of native Chinese speakers operates in alignment with local business practices.
This creates a fundamental difference in the level of closeness and trust we build with clients compared to competitors who manage operations remotely from Japan.

【Ideal Candidate Profile】
This role requires managing multiple projects simultaneously and collaborating with stakeholders across different languages and locations (Tokyo and Shanghai).
Given the cross-border nature of the business, misalignments in understanding and unexpected situations are common occurrences.
We are looking for individuals with the following mindset who can thrive in this fast-paced, challenging environment:

・A sense of ownership, treating the business as if it were their own
Someone who does not wait for instructions but proactively designs KPIs and action plans, and is capable of directly negotiating with management to secure necessary resources (budget, personnel, etc.).
・Ability to engage and unite teams with conflicting interests
Someone who understands the unique circumstances and KPIs of different locations and departments, and can realign teams toward a "shared goal" without causing conflict.
・Openness to turning even failures into assets
Someone who openly shares not only successes but also failures, transforming individual experiences into team-wide learning and organizational assets.
・A mindset focused on creating systems to replicate know-how
Someone who avoids relying on personal intuition or individual-dependent processes, instead articulating their "winning patterns" so they can be shared and replicated across the team.
・Self-driven ability to thrive amidst chaos
Someone who does not use differences in location, language, or business customs as excuses, but proactively seeks out necessary information and tenaciously drives progress forward.
