【お仕事の内容】
自動検針サービスは日本のライフラインサービスのスマート化普及に注力し、事業を進めています。
顧客業界の課題に寄り添って、新機能開発、新サービス開発を短いサイクルで推進していくため、エンジニア組織を拡大中。
主力製品であるAIoTカメラのコア技術であるエッジAIのスペシャリストとしてCEO(技術者)と連携しながら、プロダクトの成長を推進して頂きます。
・ハードウェア、フォームウェア、サーバーのエンジニアと連携し、プロダクト独自のハードウェアおよびソフトウェアスタックでの最先端のニューラルネットワークの適用の加速化
・AI精度とパフォーマンス目標を達成するために、カスタムモデルや既製モデルの最適化
・既存のAIインフラやフレームワークに変更を加えること、メモリ・計算・消費電力を最適化しながら、エッジデバイスをインテリジェント化する
・アノテーション手法の最適化、効率化への努力、アノテーション進捗・品質管理
・プルーニング、量子化、混合精度などのハードウェア機能が、様々なタスクのニューラルネットワークの性能にどのような影響を与えるかについての研究、実装、SW、HWのトレードオフ評価
・最先端の研究から業界標準のモデルまで、ニューラルネットワークの一般的な演算子やアーキテクチャのパターンを常に把握し、プロダクトのスタックに適用できるよう推進

They are promoting their automatic meter reading service by focusing on promoting smart lifeline services in Japan.
They are expanding their engineering organization in order to develop new functions and services in a short cycle in response to the challenges of their customer industries.
As a specialist in edge AI, which is the core technology of their main product AIoT camera, you will work with the CEO (engineer) to promote product growth.
- Collaborate with hardware, formware, and server engineers to accelerate application of cutting-edge neural networks on product-specific hardware and software stacks.
Optimize custom and off-the-shelf models to achieve AI accuracy and performance goals
・Make changes to existing AI infrastructure and frameworks to make edge devices intelligent while optimizing memory, computation, and power consumption.
・Optimization of annotation methods, efforts to improve efficiency, annotation progress/quality control
・Research on how hardware functions such as pruning, quantization, and mixed precision affect the performance of neural networks for various tasks, and evaluation of trade-offs between implementation, SW, and HW.
- Stay on top of common neural network operators and architectural patterns, from cutting-edge research to industry-standard models, and promote their application to product stacks. |

【必須要件】
・製造業の組込SW開発経験(C言語)、Pythonを用いた開発経験
・TensorFlow や PyTorchといった機械学習(ML)フレームワークの開発経験
・畳み込みニューラルネットワーク (CNN)に関する知識
