LLMやVLMなどの最先端AI技術を駆使し、実社会の課題を解決するソリューション開発・社会実装をリードするエンジニアを募集します。クライアントのDX推進を技術力で牽引する、裁量とやりがいの大きいポジションです。
【お任せしたい業務】
クライアントワークから社内の技術力強化まで、先端AI開発部のコアメンバーとして幅広い業務をお任せします。
1. 大規模言語モデルを活用したソリューション開発・コンサルティング
❖システム・プロダクト開発(設計・実装・開発管理)
・データ収集・加工、モデル選定・学習・評価、オンプレ・クラウドへのデプロイまで、一連のAI開発を担います。
・プロジェクト例:VLMを用いた交通安全に関する研究開発支援、金融機関向けRAGシステムの性能改善
❖生成AI活用コンサルティング(要件定義・プロジェクト推進)
・顧客の課題をヒアリングし、DX推進パートナーとして生成AIの活用を技術面から支援します。
・プロジェクト例:金融機関での生成AIの活用支援
2. プロジェクト提案・技術折衝
❖顧客の潜在的なニーズに対し、技術調査・検討を重ね、最適なソリューションを提案します。

We are seeking an engineer to lead the development and real-world implementation of solutions that address real-world challenges by leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies, such as LLMs and VLMs. This is a role offering significant autonomy and a rewarding experience, where you will drive clients' digital transformation (DX) through your technical expertise.
【Responsibilities】
As a core member of the Advanced AI Development Department, you will handle a wide range of tasks, spanning from client-facing work to strengthening the company's internal technical capabilities.
1. Solution Development and Consulting Leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs)
❖ System and Product Development (Design, Implementation, and Project Management)
・ Handle the end-to-end AI development process, including data collection and processing, model selection, training and evaluation, and deployment to on-premise or cloud environments.
・ Project examples: R&D support for traffic safety using VLMs; performance improvement of RAG systems for financial institutions.
❖ Generative AI Consulting (Requirements Definition and Project Execution)
・ Listen to client challenges and provide technical support for the adoption of generative AI, acting as a partner in driving their DX.
・ Project example: Supporting the implementation of generative AI at financial institutions.
2. Project Proposals and Technical Negotiations
❖ Conduct technical research and analysis to identify client needs and propose optimal solutions.
3. Contributing to Strengthening Internal Technical Capabilities
❖ Knowledge Sharing and Asset Building
・ Systematize insights gained from projects and organize/share them as internal documentation to elevate the technical capabilities of the entire organization.
❖ Keeping Up with and Deploying Cutting-Edge Technologies

・PythonおよびPyTorch等の機械学習ライブラリを用いた開発経験
・LLM・VLM等の大規模言語モデル開発経験における下記①～③の内いずれか一つ以上
①大規模言語モデルを活用したプロジェクトにおけるアルゴリズムやプロダクト、システム開発経験(提案・設計・実装・開発管理)
②大規模言語モデルの性能改善経験(データ作成、RAG、ファインチューニング、プロンプトエンジニアリング、高速化・軽量化、精度・性能評価)
③大規模言語モデルを含むシステム構築経験(オンプレミスおよびクラウド環境)
・自然言語処理(NLP)に関する知識・開発経験
・バージョン管理ツール(Git)を用いたチーム開発経験
・営業チームやクライアントとの技術的コミュニケーションや技術提案経験

▼ Required Qualifications
・Business-level Japanese proficiency
・Experience in development using Python and machine learning libraries such as PyTorch
・Experience in developing Large Language Models (LLMs) or Vision-Language Models (VLMs), covering at least one of the following areas (①–③):
① Experience developing algorithms, products, or systems utilizing LLMs (including proposal, design, implementation, and development management)
② Experience improving LLM performance (data creation, RAG, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, optimization for speed/size, and accuracy/performance evaluation)
③ Experience building systems that incorporate LLMs (in on-premises and/or cloud environments)
・Knowledge of and development experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP)
・Experience in team-based development using version control tools (Git)
・Experience in technical communication and making technical proposals to sales teams or clients
▼ Preferred Qualifications
・Knowledge of and development experience in image processing (image recognition AI, traditional image processing)
・Experience in deploying and operating machine learning models
・Knowledge of and experience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
・Experience in database design and operation (SQL/NoSQL)
・Ability to read technical documentation and communicate in English
・Ability to keep up with the latest research papers and technical trends and apply them to practical work |
