本ポジションでは、アプリケーション開発チームのコアメンバーとして、設計および実装をリードしていただきます。単なるシステム開発に留まらず、AIアルゴリズムの実装やデータ分析プロセスにも深く関与できるため、「アプリケーションエンジニア ✕ AIスペシャリスト」として、希少性の高いスキルセットを構築することが可能です。

・大型貨物船舶の運航計画自動立案システム(大手石油メーカー、大手船舶会社向け)
・発電計画最適化システム(主要電力会社向け)

<仕事内容>
・要件定義・技術選定:顧客の業務課題に基づいた機能要件のヒアリング、整理、および最適な技術スタックの検討
・システム設計:データベース(論理・物理設計)およびAPI・エンドポイントの設計
・開発・品質管理:設計に基づく効率的なアプリケーション実装、および自動テストを含む品質保証
・プロジェクトマネジメント:開発進捗の管理、技術的課題の特定と解決、チームのデリバリー品質のコントロール
・プロダクト開発:自社プロダクト(ReNom Apps)における新規機能セットの要件検討および開発
<開発環境>
・言語:Typescript(FWはReact)、Python、SQL
・IDE:Microsoft VSCode(+Cursor)
・インフラ:AWS(主にECS/ECR、EC2、RDS(MySQLまたはPostgress))
As a core member of our Application Development team, you will lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade applications.
This role goes beyond traditional software engineering. You will also participate in AI algorithm implementation and data analytics, allowing you to build a highly valuable skill set as both an Application Engineer and an AI Specialist.

【必須条件】
・Web開発の実務経験(目安5年〜:設計から運用までの流れを理解している方)
・AWS等のクラウド環境における開発・運用への理解
・Git等を用いたチーム開発の実践(コードレビュー等の標準的なフロー)
・他職種(PM・DS等)と協力し、円滑に開発を進めるためのコミュニケーション能力
【歓迎条件】
・チームリーダーやプロジェクトの進捗管理に携わった経験
・メンバーの状況に応じたタスク調整やデリバリーの安定化
・技術選定や仕様検討において、チームの合意形成をサポートした経験

Required
• Approximately 5+ years of professional web application development experience
• Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle, from design through operation
• Experience developing and operating applications on cloud platforms such as AWS
• Experience with collaborative software development using Git, including code reviews
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with project managers, data scientists, and cross-functional teams
Preferred
• Experience leading engineering teams or managing project progress
• Experience coordinating tasks and maintaining stable project delivery
• Experience supporting technical decision-making and building team consensus
• Ability to communicate with clients and propose technical solutions
• Experience improving engineering quality through code reviews and technical mentorship |
