 仕事内容Job description |
お客様の様々な課題をAIと数理最適化手法を用いて解決する業務全般をリード。案件は以下のようなものがあります。
・電力需供計画の最適化AIソリューション開発
・配船計画の最適化AIソリューション開発
・センサデータを用いた時系列予測、異常検知ソリューションの開発
・位置情報データを用いた人流分析、シミュレーション作成
具体的には、以下のような業務を担当してもらいます(能力と希望ベースで担当領域を相談)。
・お客様の課題解決のためのデータ集約、クレンジング、可視化、解析業務
・機械学習エンジンの設計、実装、分析結果等のレポーティング
・シミュレータの実装
・社内のデータサイエンティストを対象にした技術力向上のための教育活動
・SaaSプロダクトの開発における技術ディスカッションに参加

As a Data Scientist, you will lead projects that solve complex business challenges using AI and mathematical optimization technologies.
Example projects include:
• AI solutions for power supply and demand optimization
• AI solutions for vessel scheduling optimization
• Time-series forecasting and anomaly detection using sensor data
• Human mobility analysis and simulation using location data
Depending on your experience and interests, your responsibilities may include:
• Collecting, cleaning, visualizing, and analyzing data to solve customer challenges
• Designing and implementing machine learning models and preparing analytical reports
• Developing simulation models
• Providing technical training and mentoring for internal data scientists
• Participating in technical discussions for the development of our SaaS products

【必須条件】
以下のうち、<いずれか>の経験をお持ちの方。
・機械学習や強化学習などのAIを用いた分析経験(期間不問、2回以上のプロジェクト経験)
・数理最適化アルゴリズムの知識と経験(実務経験お持ちの方は年収優待)
・シミュレータの作成経験とAIについて学んだ経験
【歓迎条件】
・Kaggle等のデータサイエンスコンペティションでの実績
・外国籍の方の場合は、N2以上の日本語スキル
・ソフトウェアエンジニアリングのスキル
・AWS等のクラウド環境での開発経験
Required
Candidates must have experience in at least one of the following:
• Experience applying AI technologies such as machine learning or reinforcement learning (project duration is not important; experience in two or more projects is preferred)
• Knowledge and practical experience with mathematical optimization algorithms
• Experience developing simulation models and a solid understanding of AI technologies
Preferred
• Strong performance in data science competitions such as Kaggle
• Japanese proficiency at JLPT N2 level or above (for non-Japanese candidates)
• Software engineering experience
• Experience developing applications in cloud environments such as AWS |

Annual Salary
JPY 5,000,000 – 12,000,000
Compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
Salary Structure
Annual compensation consists of:
• Monthly salary × 12 months
• Performance bonus
Monthly Fixed Salary:
JPY 370,301 – 890,699
Breakdown:
• Base Salary: JPY 278,195 – 669,191
• Fixed Overtime Allowance: JPY 92,106 – 221,508 (Equivalent to 42 hours of overtime per month)
Bonus
Performance-based bonus paid twice annually (February and August), based on performance evaluations and company results.
Working Hours
• Flexible working hours (No core hours)
• Applies during the probation period as well

• Probation Period: 6 months (no changes to salary or benefits)
