仕事内容Job description Our Construction Solutions Division leverages digital twin technology to boost productivity and ensure safety at construction sites.
We are seeking core members who can do more than just write code based on instructions—individuals who can directly engage with clients to understand their challenges and take the initiative in driving projects forward.


【Job Details】
You will work with your team to solve client challenges, handling everything from requirements definition and implementation to the delivery of value. Depending on your aptitude, preferences, and background, you will be entrusted with a wide range of tasks, such as:
Communication with clients (major construction firms, etc.), requirements definition, and project management
Implementation and development of construction machinery simulators
Algorithm development for 3D software and simulators (mathematical optimization, genetic algorithms, etc.)
Development of proprietary solutions integrating digital twin and AI technologies
We are looking for candidates who have a track record of building systems from the ground up—such as experience with 3D engines (Unreal Engine, Godot, etc.) or designing and constructing web/core business systems—and who possess strong communication skills for interacting with clients.
【Example of Solutions】
BIM/CIM-integrated crane simulator
Enables 3D planning for the placement and transport of construction machinery (such as cranes) by utilizing BIM/CIM data. It supports not only pre-construction planning but also plan adjustments during construction, thereby enhancing efficiency and sophistication in construction operations.

・Experience negotiating with clients or providing technical leadership to a team (or a strong desire to take on such challenges)
・Experience in development or simulation building using 3D engines, or experience designing and building a system from scratch
・Experience with team-based development using tools like Git
・Business-level Japanese proficiency (equivalent to JLPT N1)
