With planning, marketing, design, front-end development, and back-end development functions available in-house, teams can work closely together and rapidly improve services based on performance data and user feedback.
仕事内容Job description As a senior marketing leader for the company’s digital content business, the successful candidate will take ownership of customer acquisition strategy, advertising operations, performance analysis, optimization, and team management.

The position is expected to look beyond advertising metrics alone and manage marketing activities based on revenue, profitability, user behavior, and overall business growth.

Key responsibilities include:

・Developing and executing marketing strategies centered on Google Ads and Meta Ads
・Planning, operating, and optimizing performance advertising campaigns
・Analyzing markets, competitors, and user behavior
・Planning, allocating, managing, and optimizing advertising budgets
・Establishing and improving KPIs such as CPA and ROAS
・Directing the production of advertisements, banners, videos, and landing pages
・Collaborating with product planning, design, and engineering teams
・Managing advertising agencies and other external partners
・Analyzing revenue and campaign performance and proposing improvements to business leaders
・Exploring new channels, including social media advertising, video advertising, and influencer marketing
・Developing marketing initiatives that utilize AI
・Managing, developing, and setting goals for the marketing team
応募資格Requirement ・Hands-on experience operating performance advertising campaigns, particularly Google Ads and Meta Ads
・Experience developing and executing digital marketing strategies
・Experience managing, allocating, and optimizing advertising budgets
・Experience proposing and implementing improvements based on data analysis
・Team or people management experience
・Experience managing marketing activities with an awareness of revenue and profitability, rather than acquisition metrics alone

Preferred qualifications:

・Experience negotiating with and managing advertising agencies or other external partners
・Experience operating social media or video advertising campaigns
・Experience with influencer marketing
・Experience planning or implementing AI-powered marketing initiatives
・Marketing experience for in-house web services or digital content
・Experience directing improvements to advertising creatives and landing pages
・Experience overseeing marketing across multiple services or business units

The ideal candidate takes ownership of business growth, balances analytical and creative thinking, and can lead both strategy and execution. The company is seeking a hands-on leader who is comfortable managing a team while remaining closely involved in day-to-day marketing activities.
