仕事内容Job description This is the company’s first dedicated SRE position, responsible for improving the reliability, scalability, security, and operational efficiency of its digital services.

The successful candidate will work closely with development teams and management to identify infrastructure challenges and lead improvements rather than simply maintaining the existing environment.

Key responsibilities include:

・Designing system architecture on AWS
・Building and optimizing AWS resources, including VPC, EC2, RDS, and S3
・Designing and operating monitoring platforms using CloudWatch, Prometheus, or similar tools
・Developing alerting strategies and analyzing logs to identify potential incidents
・Building and improving CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, CodePipeline, or similar technologies
・Defining and monitoring SLOs, SLIs, and SLAs
・Managing and automating infrastructure using Terraform, CloudFormation, or other IaC tools
・Improving security through WAF and IAM design, vulnerability management, and security patching
・Leading incident response, root cause analysis, and postmortems
・Analyzing and optimizing AWS infrastructure costs
・Strengthening backup and disaster recovery processes
・Building new infrastructure platforms that may incorporate AI technologies
応募資格Requirement Required qualifications:

・Professional experience working with AWS
・Hands-on experience with container technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, EKS, or Fargate
・Experience operating monitoring or log-management tools such as Datadog, CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, New Relic, or Mackerel
・Professional experience with IaC tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, or Pulumi
・Experience handling production incidents or improving system performance
・Experience independently identifying technical issues and implementing improvements

Preferred qualifications:

・At least three years of experience as an SRE or infrastructure engineer
・Experience designing and building infrastructure from the ground up for a new service
・Experience responding to security incidents, including CSIRT or SOC-related work
・Experience with system or database integration
・Experience defining SLOs and SLIs or improving system availability
・Experience improving or automating CI/CD processes
・Experience optimizing cloud infrastructure costs

The ideal candidate is proactive, comfortable working with a high level of autonomy, and able to turn technical observations into practical improvements. The position is particularly suited to someone interested in establishing SRE practices as the company’s first dedicated SRE.
