会社概要Company profile [Company Overview]
This is an Edutech startup company based in New Zealand that operates on two axes: the global expansion of an online cram school that supports students in entering top universities overseas, and an online international school. As of 2023, the company has 800 employees globally and 30 employees in Japan, and is aiming to go public globally.
仕事内容Job description We are seeking a "Chinese-speaking Market Development & Overseas University Admissions Consultant" to provide guidance and application strategies to students and parents from Chinese-speaking backgrounds (including the ethnic Chinese community) residing in Japan.

With the rapid increase in Chinese applicants in Japan aiming for universities abroad, this role involves end-to-end responsibility for developing the Chinese-speaking market—spanning everything from marketing to sales.
This is a high-impact, challenging opportunity offering significant autonomy. You will drive the market launch phase yourself, handling tasks ranging from acquiring new clients via social media and events to conducting initial outreach, individual consultations, long-term follow-ups, and consultative sales (closing) to secure enrollments.

It is a socially impactful role where you will collaborate with global teams worldwide to support students' dreams, fully utilizing your English, Chinese, and Japanese language skills.

【Key Responsibilities】
・Market Development & Brand Awareness (Client Acquisition)
Formulate and execute marketing strategies leveraging major social media platforms (like WeChat) and Chinese communities in Japan. Create compelling Chinese-language content and plan/manage both online and in-person events.
・Initial Counseling & Needs Assessment
Contact prospective students via phone or social media. Carefully assess their current academic standing, target universities, concerns regarding studying abroad, and budget to identify their core needs.
・Individual Consultations (Sales & Closing)
Propose optimal support plans tailored to each student and parent's goals (e.g., application strategies, extracurricular activities, essay preparation). Clearly communicate the value of Crimson’s programs and manage the closing and follow-up processes to secure enrollment.
・School Presentations & Seminars
Conduct presentations at schools, information sessions, and seminars organized by Crimson.

You will have the opportunity to lead the launch of a new market as a core team member, demonstrating high initiative and achieving goals through collaboration, all while experiencing personal professional growth.
