Job Responsibilities
• Manage website development and website operation projects.
• Join sales meetings to understand client needs and business challenges.
• Plan website strategies and propose web marketing solutions.
• Prepare proposals, project documents, requirements, and project plans.
• Define project scope, timelines, costs, and deliverables.
• Manage project schedules, resources, and production workflows.
• Coordinate with designers, front-end engineers, developers, marketers, and clients.
• Manage the quality of deliverables and ensure projects meet client expectations.
• Support implementation, operation, and performance improvement after launch.
• Identify project issues, organize requirements, and propose practical solutions.
• Communicate with clients in both Japanese and English as needed.
This position allows you to be involved in web marketing projects from planning and proposal to development, operation, and performance analysis.

Required Qualifications
• Legal authorization to work in the United States (U.S. Citizen, Green Card holder, or valid work visa holder).
• Business-level communication skills in both Japanese and English.
• Valid California driver's license.
• 1+ years of experience in website direction, web project management, or a related role.
• Experience creating project documents such as requirement summaries, issue lists, proposals, web design requirements, cost estimates, and project plans.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and keep projects moving forward.
• Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to learn.
Training is available, so candidates with strong motivation and related experience are welcome to apply even if they are new to full project management.
Preferred Qualifications
• Sales experience or experience joining client meetings.
• Business English skills, including email, meetings, and phone communication.
• Team or organization management experience.
• Knowledge of web system development.
• Knowledge of web advertising and digital marketing.
• Hands-on production experience, such as web design, HTML coding, or other creative work.
• Experience working at a major web production company, advertising agency, or digital agency.
• Experience with WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, or other CMS / website platforms.
• Understanding of UI/UX, SEO, analytics, and website performance improvement.
