Job Responsibilities
• Maintain and support servers, workstations, and network infrastructure.
• Provide both remote and on-site technical support to clients.
• Configure and manage Windows Servers, backup systems, and UPS devices.
• Set up and maintain PCs, email accounts, printers, and business applications.
• Perform network diagnostics, troubleshooting, and infrastructure deployment.
• Repair and troubleshoot desktop and laptop computers.
• Manage Domain, DNS, and Email Server environments.
• Support IT infrastructure projects and provide technical consulting to clients.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver reliable IT solutions and exceptional customer service.

Required Qualifications
• Legal authorization to work in the United States (U.S. Citizen, Green Card holder, or valid work visa holder).
• Business-level communication skills in both Japanese and English.
• Valid California driver's license.
• Basic computer skills, including Email, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Windows environments.
• Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• 1+ years of experience supporting Windows environments (Server 2016/2019/2022 and Windows 10/11).
• Experience with routers, firewalls, wireless networks, printers, and network deployment.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows servers and workstations.
• Knowledge of virus removal and system configuration.
• Experience with Hyper-V and VMware virtualization environments.
• Knowledge of firewall and cybersecurity technologies.
• Experience managing Domain, DNS, and Email Server environments.
• Linux server administration experience.
• Azure and/or AWS experience.
• Networking certifications such as CCNA are a plus.
Entry-level candidates are welcome. Motivation, attitude, and willingness to grow are valued more than years of experience.
