Azure を中心としたクラウド基盤・ネットワーク・認証認可・セキュリティ設計を通じて、生成 AI を活用した業務プロダクトをエンタープライズ企業の本番環境で安全に動かすクラウドインフラエンジニアです。
いわゆる保守運用中心のインフラエンジニアではありません。求めているのは、AI アプリケーションを顧客のセキュリティ要件やネットワーク制約の中でどう実現するかを考え、具体的な構成設計・環境構築・技術課題解決まで推進できるエンジニアです。
特にこのポジションでは、大手企業の業務現場や情報システム部門・セキュリティ部門と向き合いながら、「この AI プロダクトをどうすれば本番利用できるか」「どのようなネットワーク・認証・権限設計が必要か」「Azure OpenAI や各種業務システムとどう安全に接続すべきか」を整理し、実装までリードしていただきます。
顧客に言われた条件をそのまま受け取るのではなく、制約を設計条件として捉え、アプリケーションエンジニアや PM と連携しながら、PoC で終わらない AI 活用を実現するためのクラウド基盤をつくることがこのポジションの役割です。
#具体的な業務内容

* Container Apps、App Service、ACR、Blob Storage、Key Vault などを用いたアプリケーション実行基盤の構築
* 顧客企業のセキュリティ要件、ネットワーク制約、運用ルールを踏まえた構成設計
* アプリケーションエンジニア、PM、顧客側の情報システム部門・セキュリティ部門との技術論点整理
* 本番デプロイ、疎通確認、障害調査、ログ確認、監視・運用設計
As a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, you will design and build secure cloud environments—centered on Azure—to run generative AI-powered business products in the production environments of enterprise clients.
This is not a role focused merely on routine maintenance and operations. We are looking for an engineer who can determine how to implement AI applications within the context of a client's specific security requirements and network constraints, and who can drive the entire process from detailed architectural design and environment setup to the resolution of technical challenges.
In this role, you will work closely with business units, IT departments, and security teams at major enterprises. You will be responsible for defining the requirements for production-ready AI products—such as network, authentication, and authorization designs, as well as secure connectivity with Azure OpenAI and various business systems—and leading the implementation.
Rather than simply accepting client-specified conditions at face value, you will treat constraints as design parameters. Collaborating with application engineers and Project Managers (PMs), your role is to build a cloud foundation that enables the practical, long-term use of AI, moving beyond the Proof of Concept (PoC) stage.
# Key Responsibilities
* Design and build AI application infrastructure centered on Azure.
* Plan infrastructure configurations to integrate with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, and various business systems.
* Design and coordinate network architecture using Private Endpoints, VNets, DNS, Firewalls, UDRs, etc.
* Design authentication and authorization mechanisms using Entra ID, OAuth, SAML, RBAC, Managed Identity, etc.
* Build application execution environments using Container Apps, App Service, ACR, Blob Storage, Key Vault, etc.
* Design system configurations that align with client security requirements, network constraints, and operational policies.
* Clarify technical issues and requirements in collaboration with application engineers, PMs, and the client's IT and security departments.
* Handle production deployment, connectivity testing, troubleshooting, log analysis, and the design of monitoring and operational workflows. |
