As EV adoption accelerates across Japan, the company is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to strengthen relationships with key enterprise clients, maximize infrastructure utilization, and contribute to the next stage of sustainable mobility growth.
仕事内容Job description As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will play a critical role in maximizing the utilization of one of Japan's largest EV charging infrastructure networks.

You will inherit and manage strategic accounts established by senior leadership while driving account expansion, customer engagement, alliance development, and utilization growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
・Manage relationships with enterprise clients and government organizations
・Develop strategic account plans and expansion opportunities
・Propose additional charging infrastructure installations
・Strengthen partnerships and alliances
・Drive customer utilization and engagement initiatives
・Collaborate with marketing teams on B2B2C campaigns
・Lead cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders
・Improve utilization rates, customer lifetime value, and business performance
応募資格Requirement Required:

3+ years of B2B sales experience
Enterprise sales or account management experience
Experience managing multiple stakeholders
Project management experience

Preferred:

Enterprise account management experience
Strategic partnership or alliance experience
B2B2C business experience
Customer Success experience
Marketing experience
