We solve this problem by creating a world where anyone can work anywhere through our services.

Currently, United World mainly provides the service to foreign nationals living in Japan and bilingual Japanese people, but we will establish branches in all the countries and provide jobs to people regardless of their nationalities, languages, and places. 国籍を問わず求職者と面談を行い、バックグラウンドや経験・スキルのヒアリングを経てキャリアアドバイスを提供し、ベストなお仕事を紹介します。内定後の候補者のフォローも行います。
*ご希望される方はセールス(法人営業)と兼任出来ます。
【業務詳細】
外国籍の方やバイリンガルの日本人の方など、国籍問わず求職者と面談をしていただき、バックグラウンド、ご経験やスキルのヒアリングを通じて、キャリアアドバイスを提供しベストなお仕事を紹介します。 弊社のセールスと二人三脚で、採用までクローズをしていきます。
具体的には・・
◆応募者とのやり取りや候補者へのスカウトメール送信
◆面接前の準備
◆面接サポート、キャリアカウンセリング、アドバイス
◆候補者に採用企業や求人情報を提供する
◆推薦(履歴書・職務経歴書の管理、推薦状作成)
◆スケジュール調整、面接対策、選考結果の共有など、進捗状況の確認 など
◆オファー面談、条件交渉
◆在留資格変更のサポート(必要な方の場合)
◆内定後の候補者のフォロー
【仕事のやりがい】
・求職者に寄り添ってカウンセリングを行い、お仕事をご紹介し、入社までサポートするので、一人一人の人生の転機に関わることは非常にやりがいを感じます
・外国籍の方とは英語で面談を行うので、英語力を活かして仕事が出来ます

As the career advisor (CA), you introduce the best job to global talents regardless of nationality, provide career advice after hearing about their background, experience and skills. (Also possible to take charge of both of the CA and the recruiting advisor (RA) if you want)
[Detail of the work]
You will have an interview with registrants from all over the world regardless of foreigners, Japanese, or nationalities, and provide career advice and introduce the best jobs through registrants' backgrounds, experiences and skills.
In particular··
◆ Send scout emails to candidates
◆ Preparation before the interview
◆ Interview support, career counseling, advice
◆ Provide recruitment information to candidates
◆ Recommendation (management of resume / CV, preparation of recommendation letter)
◆ Check progress such as schedule adjustment, interview measures, sharing of selection results, etc. |

1. 営業経験がある方 ※もしくは数字目標を持って働いた経験
2. 当社のクライアント業界での一定のキャリアをお持ちの方

・想定年収:前職の給与や実績、希望年収を考慮して決定
・試用期間:原則6ヶ月(給与の変動はございません)

※2024年5月から都内にオフィスを借りる予定のため、出社かリモートを選択可能です。
