仕事内容Job description This position involves providing advertising and communication services in India to Japanese companies.
You will identify various challenges faced by clients, hold meetings with the Indian branch, headquarters, and creative staff both in India and abroad, and be responsible for planning, proposing, executing, and managing projects, budgets, and creative progress to solve those challenges through marketing and communication strategies.
You will comprehensively produce all aspects of communication strategies, from planning and development to implementation, in order to solve the client's problems.
For a period after joining the company, you will learn the ropes at headquarters while traveling to India on a business trip basis, but this position has the potential for future overseas assignment.

■ Building communication strategies for the Indian market
■ Executing all aspects of work in cooperation with the Indian base
■ Planning, proposing, implementing, and managing advertising/communication strategies, creative work, and promotions
■ Creating proposals

■ Negotiating and presenting with clients
■ General sales administration such as contracts, invoicing, and ordering
応募資格Requirement [Required Qualifications]
* Business-level English proficiency
* Familiarity with overseas cultures, markets, and business practices
* Sales experience in the advertising/marketing industry or a related industry
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Fluent Japanese proficiency (equivalent to N1 level) *For foreign nationals

[Preferred Qualifications]
* Business experience in India or overseas
* 5+ years of practical sales experience in the advertising/marketing industry
* Deep knowledge of media and digital fields
* Experience in planning, implementing, and managing digital campaigns
