仕事内容Job description • Meet prospective clients
• Conduct financial fact-finding
• Analyze client needs
• Prepare financial recommendations
• Present investment and insurance solutions
• Maintain client relationships
• Provide market updates
• Support clients with long-term wealth planning
Dedicated lead generation teams support business development activities.
応募資格Requirement Mandatory
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience
• Strong communication skills
• Conversational English
• Native-level Japanese

Preferred
• Financial services experience
• Recruitment industry experience
• B2C sales experience
• Wealth management experience

条件・待遇Condition Location: Location: Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, or Malaysia (candidate's preference)
Base Salary:Approx. JPY 320,000 per month
Annual salary is calculated as: Monthly Salary × 13 Months
Plus Unlimited commissions
Expected Earnings
Year 1:Approx. USD 50,000
Year 2:USD 75,000 – 200,000

Top Performers:JPY 28M – 33M+  *Unlimited earning potential.
