シニアFA/FASアドバイザーとして、国内外のM&A案件におけるプロジェクト推進を担当いただきます。
【主な業務内容】
・M&A案件のオリジネーションおよびエグゼキューション
・財務・事業デューデリジェンス
・企業価値評価(Valuation)
・財務モデリング
・ストラクチャリング支援
・投資判断に関する分析・レポーティング
・提案資料およびIM作成
・クライアントとの折衝・プロジェクトマネジメント
・海外企業・投資家とのコミュニケーション
・PMI支援
・ジュニアメンバーの育成・レビュー
案件によっては、日本企業による海外企業買収や海外企業による日本市場参入など、クロスボーダー案件に深く関与していただきます。
As a Senior FA/FAS Advisor, you will lead domestic and cross-border M&A engagements across various industries.
Key responsibilities include:
・Leading M&A execution projects
・Financial and commercial due diligence
・Valuation and financial modeling
・Deal structuring support
・Investment analysis and reporting
・Preparation of client presentations and information memorandums
・Client relationship management
・Communication with overseas companies and investors
・PMI support
・Mentoring junior team members
This position offers significant exposure to international transactions involving Japanese corporations, overseas investors, and multinational stakeholders. |

3+ years of experience in one or more of the following:

・Strong financial analysis and valuation experience
・Business-level English communication skills
Preferred:
・Cross-border transaction experience
・CPA / USCPA
・Tax Accountant qualification
・MBA
