M&AおよびFAS関連業務を担当いただきます。
【主な業務内容】
・M&Aアドバイザリー業務
・企業価値評価(Valuation)
・財務・事業デューデリジェンス
・提案資料・分析資料の作成
・マーケットリサーチ
・クロスボーダー案件のサポート
・海外パートナー企業とのコミュニケーション
・PMI(M&A後統合支援)業務
案件によっては、マーケティング、ストラクチャリング、交渉支援、クロージング支援など幅広い業務に携わることができます。
Responsibilities include:
・M&A advisory support
・Financial analysis and valuation
・Due diligence assistance
・Preparation of client presentations and analytical materials
・Market and industry research
・Support for cross-border transactions
・Communication with overseas partners
・PMI and business consulting support
This role offers exposure to the full M&A lifecycle, from sourcing and analysis through execution and post-deal support. |
 応募資格Requirement |
【必須】
・英語を用いたビジネスコミュニケーション能力
・財務・会計・経営企画・金融業界いずれかの経験
・M&Aやコンサルティング業界への強い興味
・高い学習意欲
【歓迎】
・公認会計士、税理士、USCPA、簿記1級等の学習経験
・M&A、FAS、コンサルティング経験
・中国語スキル
Required:
・Business-level English communication skills
・Background in finance, accounting, corporate planning, banking, or related fields
・Strong interest in M&A and advisory services
・High motivation to learn and grow
Preferred:
・CPA, Tax Accountant, USCPA, Bookkeeping Level 1 studies or qualifications
・Experience in M&A, FAS, or consulting |
