・弊社の海外展開をさらに加速させるため、韓国・台湾・米国を中心とした海外営業および営業サポートを担うメンバーを募集します。
・アニメやマンガのIPコンテンツや限定グッズを、あなたの語学力を活かして世界中のファンへ届ける、グローバルでやりがいのあるポジションです。
<主な業務内容>
・韓国、中国、台湾、米国エリアの現地パートナー企業(流通、イベント主催者等)との折衝およびリレーション構築
・海外でのアニメイベントや催事への出展企画、進行管理
・社内の企画・制作チームや、版元(IPホルダー)様との連携・調整業務
・営業アシスタント業務全般(提案資料の作成、売上データ管理、契約書処理などの事務サポート)
To further accelerate their overseas expansion, they are recruiting members to handle overseas sales and sales support, primarily in South Korea, Taiwan, and the United States.
This is a global and rewarding position where you can utilize your language skills to deliver anime and manga IP content and limited-edition goods to fans around the world.
<Main Responsibilities>
- Negotiation and relationship building with local partner companies (distributors, event organizers, etc.) in South Korea, China, Taiwan, and the United States
- Planning and managing participation in overseas anime events and exhibitions
- Coordination and collaboration with internal planning and production teams and publishers (IP holders)
- General sales assistant duties (creating proposal materials, managing sales data, processing contracts, and other administrative support) |
 応募資格Requirement |
◆必須条件
・ビジネスレベルの日本語力
・中国語、韓国語、英語のいずれかがネイティブレベル
・アニメや漫画などエンタメ業界への高い関心
・営業アシスタントまたは事務の実務経験(業界不問)
・基本的なPCスキル(Word、Excel、PPT等)
・社内外を巻き込む高いコミュニケーション能力
※二次元コンテンツへの愛と、客観的なビジネス視点を両立し、営業手法を考案・実行できる方
◆Required Qualifications
- Business-level Japanese proficiency
- Native-level proficiency in one of the following: Chinese, Korean, or English
- Strong interest in the entertainment industry, including anime and manga
- Practical experience as a sales assistant or in administrative work (any industry)
- Basic PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong communication skills to engage both internal and external stakeholders
