仕事内容Job description As a recruitment advisor (RA), you will conduct business negotiations with corporate managers, executives, department managers, and human resources personnel, and consult with the company's business issues, human resources, recruitment, and organizational issues to balance the requisite human resources requirements and recruit solutions. Offer.
・ Develop new customers, follow existing customers
・ Hearings on business negotiations, organization / business issues, and personnel requirements
・ Incorporation into job postings, PR / information sharing to company (CA)
・ Respond to questions to applicants and interview measures together with CA, and respond to obtaining application consent after a job offer

・ Business Japanese level (N1)
・ Working experience

・ Experience in sales
・ Achievements or high performance at the last company
・ Experience as a recruiting advisor
・ IT knowledge and experience

条件・待遇Condition Trial period: 6 months (the condition does not change)
Location: Tokyo or Full remote (We are planning to rent an office in Tokyo in May 2024.)
Holiday vacation:
・ Complete weekly two-day system (Saturday and Sunday), public holidays
・ Annual paid leave (10 days in the first year)
・ Others (GW, summer, year-end and New Year holidays, condolences, etc.)
