 仕事内容Job description |
■ 担当業務
技術とビジネスを繋ぎ、プロダクト成長の核を担っていただきます。
新規機能の立ち上げ、既存機能のデータに基づく抜本的な改善を計画からハンズオンを含めて推進お願いします。
・技術要件定義・設計: ビジネス要求を具体的なシステム要件へ落とし込み、全体設計および詳細仕様を定義。
・開発推進と管理: 開発チームと連携し、ロードマップの推進、スケジュールおよび品質管理(プロジェクト管理)。ハンズオンでの開発およびサポート。
・経営層との連携: CTOとの週次MTGを通じた技術戦略、アーキテクチャ、事業成長に関する密接なディスカッションと意思決定支援。
・クロスファンクショナルな連携: ビジネス、マーケティング部門、サポート部門と密に連携し、プロダクトサイクル全般を技術面から強力に支援。
■ Responsibilities
You will be responsible for connecting technology and business, and playing a central role in product growth.
You will be in charge of driving the launch of new features and fundamental improvements to existing features based on data, from planning to hands-on implementation.
• Technical Requirements Definition and Design: Translating business requirements into specific system requirements, defining the overall design and detailed specifications.
• Development Promotion and Management: Collaborating with the development team to drive the roadmap, manage schedules and quality (project management). Hands-on development and support.
• Collaboration with Management: Close discussions and decision-making support regarding technology strategy, architecture, and business growth through weekly meetings with the CTO.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with business, marketing, and support departments to provide strong technical support throughout the entire product cycle. |

【必須スキル】
・N2～N3程度の日本語力
・ビジネスレベルの英語力
・開発・管理経験: フロントエンドまたはバックエンドの設計・開発に加え、技術プロジェクト管理を主導した経験(3年以上目安)。
・利用言語:Java, Python,JavaScript などで3年以上の開発業務経験
・システム設計能力: サービス全体の要件定義、およびスケーラビリティを考慮した全体設計(アーキテクチャ設計)の経験。
・チャレンジ精神: CTO直下の高度な裁量権を持つポジションで、自ら事業の成長を牽引したいという強い意欲。
【歓迎スキル】
・金融・Fintechの知見: 金融またはFintech領域における業務経験や深い知識。
・スタートアップ環境での経験: エンジニア、デザイナー、ビジネス部門など、複数職能(クロスファンクショナル)のメンバーと連携し、目標を達成した経験。
[Required Skills]
* Japanese language proficiency (N2-N3 level)
* Business-level English proficiency
* Development and management experience: Experience leading technical project management in addition to front-end or back-end design and development (3 years or more is a guideline).
* Programming languages: 3 years or more of development experience in Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.
* System design ability: Experience in defining requirements for the entire service and overall design (architecture design) considering scalability.
* Challenging spirit: A strong desire to drive business growth in a position with a high degree of autonomy directly under the CTO.
[Preferred Skills]
* Knowledge of finance and Fintech: Work experience or deep knowledge in the finance or Fintech field.
* Experience in a startup environment: Experience achieving goals by collaborating with members from multiple functions (cross-functional), such as engineers, designers, and business departments. |

Employment Type: Full-time employee
Trial Period: 3 months
Work Location: Tokyo (Remote work + half of the week in the office)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM *While there is no flex-time system, a relatively flexible work schedule is possible.
Holidays: 2 days off per week (Saturday and Sunday), national holidays
