・ミドル〜レイターステージの投資家(VC・事業会社など)との交渉および資金調達のリード
・会社全体の成長戦略と整合した財務戦略の立案・実行
・予算策定、財務計画、KPI設計および業績管理(FP&A)
・財務報告、内部統制、ガバナンス体制の構築・運用
・CEOおよびコーポレート部門長と連携した成長戦略・エグジット戦略(IPO、M&A等)の推進
・データドリブンな財務分析を通じた意思決定支援

Art to HeritageのCFO候補ポジションでは、スタートアップの財務戦略を“ゼロから創り上げる”経験を積むことができます。
ミドルステージにある当社では、投資家との交渉からエクイティ/デットを組み合わせた資金調達計画、
IPOまでを見据えたファイナンス戦略の策定・実行まで、財務のプロフェッショナルとしてダイナミックに関わっていただけます。
また、代表をはじめ外資系企業での経験豊富なメンバーと共に、日本発・グローバル市場を目指すスタートアップの成長を、ご自身の財務・金融領域の知見を活かして牽引できる環境です。
40名規模の少数精鋭チームのため、個々の裁量が大きく、経営陣の一員として、経営そのものを自らの意思とスピードで動かす経験を得ることができます。
* Leading negotiations and fundraising with middle-to-late-stage investors (VCs, operating companies, etc.)
* Developing and executing financial strategies aligned with the company's overall growth strategy
* Budgeting, financial planning, KPI design, and performance management (FP&A)
* Establishing and operating financial reporting, internal control, and governance systems
* Driving growth and exit strategies (IPO, M&A, etc.) in collaboration with the CEO and corporate department heads
* Supporting decision-making through data-driven financial analysis

At Art to Heritage, the CFO candidate position offers the opportunity to gain experience in "building a startup's financial strategy from scratch."
As a mid-stage company, you will be dynamically involved as a finance professional, from negotiating with investors to developing equity/debt fundraising plans and formulating and executing finance strategies with an eye towards an IPO.
Furthermore, working alongside our CEO and other members with extensive experience in foreign companies, you will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise in finance and financial management to drive the growth of a Japanese startup aiming for the global market.
As a small, elite team of 40 people, you will have significant autonomy and gain experience driving the business itself with your own will and speed as part of the management team. |

<必須スキル>
・事業ポートフォリオ戦略の策定・推進に携わった経験
・全社戦略からの事業計画立案に関わった経験
▼ 以下のいずれかの経験をお持ちの方
・スタートアップまたはベンチャー企業におけるCFO、またはそれに準ずる財務・経理ポジションでのマネジメント経験
・投資銀行・PEファンド・証券会社など、金融機関での実務経験
・経営陣として企業をリードした経験(事業責任者・取締役など)
・標準的なPCスキル(Excel・Word・PowerPoint)
<歓迎スキル>
・FP&A(経営企画・財務分析)業務の経験
・ビジネスレベルの英語力(海外投資家との交渉・IR対応など)
・投資銀行・外資系金融機関出身、または事業会社でのファイナンス経験
・IPO準備や上場企業での資金調達・開示対応経験
・資本政策・エクイティ/デット調達の実務経験
・財務モデリング・企業価値評価(Valuation)の知識・経験
・公認会計士試験合格、または簿記1級など高度な会計知識を有する方
• Experience in formulating and promoting business portfolio strategies
• Experience in formulating business plans based on company-wide strategies
▼ Candidates with experience in one of the following:
• Management experience as a CFO or equivalent finance/accounting position in a startup or venture company
• Practical experience at a financial institution such as an investment bank, PE fund, or securities company
• Experience leading a company as part of management (e.g., business head, director)
• Standard PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience in FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis)
• Business-level English proficiency (e.g., negotiation with overseas investors, IR support)
• Experience at an investment bank, foreign financial institution, or finance experience at a business company
• Experience in IPO preparation or fundraising/disclosure at a listed company
• Practical experience in capital policy and equity/debt financing
• Knowledge and experience in financial modeling and corporate valuation
• Passing the Certified Public Accountant examination or possessing advanced accounting knowledge such as Bookkeeping Level 1 |
