Our company is a leading OEM/ODM manufacturer for major cosmetics and pharmaceutical companies in Japan. Over the past decade, we have achieved continuous business growth, with annual sales exceeding JPY 10 billion since 2019.
Our core ODM business plays a behind-the-scenes role in designing and manufacturing products sold by our client companies. In fact, many well-known products loved by consumers are developed and produced by us. To date, we have launched more than 1,000 products to the market and have established a top-class reputation and technical expertise within the industry.
Leveraging the advanced technology and extensive know-how cultivated through our ODM business, we are also expanding into the development and sales of our own original products. In addition, we are actively strengthening our international business and expanding globally.

 仕事内容Job description |
商品開発:
・海外市場向けのアイテム(化粧品、消費財など)の開発。
・海外顧客と折衝を行い、顧客要求の確認、デザインや包装仕様の提案など。
・専門知識や経験は不問。社内での教育体制あり。
(補足)現在、商品開発の専門担当者が退職したため、営業担当者が兼任している状況。
※海外出張は3ヶ月に0〜1回ほどです
※インドネシア以外の国にも出張はあります
※社内では英語と日本語を混ぜてコミュニケーションとります。
※クライアントに対しては英語とインドネシア語を使うことが大半です
※チームは7名ほどです
※商品開発はパッケージのローカライズから携わります
Responsibilities
• Develop products for overseas markets, including cosmetics and consumer goods.
• Communicate and negotiate with overseas clients to confirm product requirements and propose packaging and design specifications.
• No prior technical expertise is required; internal training and support will be provided.
Additional Information
• The previous dedicated product development specialist recently left the company, and sales staff are currently handling these responsibilities concurrently.
• Overseas business trips occur approximately 0–1 time every 3 months.
• Business trips may include countries other than Indonesia.
• Internal communication is conducted in both English and Japanese.
• Communication with clients is primarily conducted in English and Indonesian.
• The team consists of approximately 7 members.
• Product development includes localization of product packaging. |

・N3-N2レベルの日本語力
・ネイティブレベルのインドネシア語力
・ビジネスレベルの英語力

Mandatory Qualifications
• Strong interest in cosmetics, healthcare, or wellness products.
• Japanese proficiency at approximately JLPT N3–N2 level.
• Native-level Indonesian language skills.
• Business-level English proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in product development or overseas sales.
• Knowledge or experience in the cosmetics, healthcare, or related industries.
New graduates and recent graduates are also welcome to apply. |

Salary
• Monthly salary: JPY 240,000 – 400,000
• Expected annual salary: JPY 3.84 million – 6.4 million
• Salary will be determined based on experience and performance.
Bonuses
• Twice a year (July and December), based on company performance.
