In recent years, the importance of ESG initiatives in companies has been increasing globally. Their company, a startup originating from Kyushu University, has developed unique analytical frameworks, including the world's first product and service-level ESG evaluation, as well as human rights risks, biodiversity, and natural capital assessments.  仕事内容Job description |
① ESG・規制情報の収集、新規事業開発
・CSRD・TCFD・ISSB・SASB・CDPなど、国内外のESG規制や評価機関(MSCI・DJSI・FTSE・Sustainalytics等)の最新動向を調査し、要点をまとめて社内に展開する。
・顧客のニーズに基づき新規サービス・プロダクト開発を推進する
② 顧客へのコンサルティング・支援
・顧客の業種・事業に合わせたESG規制の解説と要件整理(サプライチェーンリスク、開示義務、法規制対応など)
・情報開示・サステナビリティ対応に向けた改善提案(統合報告書の改善、製品データの開示、課題特定など)
・第三者検証・CARE認証などの外部認証取得サポート、および業界平均との比較分析
・社内説明会の実施、カスタマイズ資料の作成、質疑対応。

① Gathering ESG and Regulatory Information, and New Business Development
- Research the latest trends in domestic and international ESG regulations and rating agencies (MSCI, DJSI, FTSE, Sustainalytics, etc.), such as CSRD, TCFD, ISSB, SASB, and CDP, summarize key points, and distribute them internally.
- Promote the development of new services and products based on customer needs.
② Consulting and Support for Customers
- Explain ESG regulations and clarify requirements tailored to the customer's industry and business (supply chain risk, disclosure obligations, legal compliance, etc.)
- Propose improvements for information disclosure and sustainability compliance (improvement of integrated reports, disclosure of product data, identification of issues, etc.)
- Support for obtaining external certifications such as third-party verification and CARE certification, and comparative analysis with industry averages
- Conduct internal briefings, create customized materials, and answer questions.

・企業、監査法人、金融機関でのESG・CSR・サステナビリティ実務経験
▼歓迎要件
【規制対応実務経験】
・MSCI、DJSI、FTSE、CDP、Sustainalytics等の主要評価機関への対応、改善経験(外部評価はすべてではなくて良いです)
・CDPコンサルティング、スコアリングのご知見(積極採用中)
・SSBJ基準の理解と実務対応経験
・CSRD対応の実務経験または深い理解
・国内外のサステナビリティ開示規制の動向把握

・Practical experience in ESG/CSR/Sustainability at a company, auditing firm, or financial institution
▼Preferred Qualifications
【Practical experience in regulatory compliance】

・Knowledge of CDP consulting and scoring (actively seeking candidates)
・Understanding and practical experience in SSBJ standards
・Practical experience or deep understanding of CSRD compliance
・Understanding of trends in domestic and international sustainability disclosure regulations |
