取締役直下のポジションで、経営判断を支える情報整理・戦略立案・IR業務まで幅広く関わる経営企画室の幹部候補を募集します。
経営の考えを言語化し、戦略を共につくる右腕的存在として、事業の成長と企業価値向上を担っていただくことを期待しています。
中期経営計画の策定、KPI分析、IR資料の作成など、経営層の意思決定に直結する業務を通じて、経営視点と実務スキルの両方を磨ける環境です。

変更の範囲:会社の定める業務全般
We are seeking a future executive leader for our Corporate Planning Office to work directly under the Board of Directors. In this role, you will be responsible for organizing critical information, formulating strategies, and managing Investor Relations (IR) to support high-level executive decision-making.
As the "Right Hand" to our management team, you will translate leadership vision into actionable strategies, driving both business growth and corporate value. This is a premier environment to refine both your executive mindset and hands-on operational skills through tasks directly linked to board-level decisions, such as Mid-term Business Plans, KPI analysis, and IR material development. We welcome candidates who are eager to expand their expertise into the strategic domain and have a strong desire to drive business from the heart of management.
Key Responsibilities:
・Investor Relations (IR): Drafting disclosure documents and managing communication with investors.
・Strategic Planning: Supporting the formulation of Mid-term Business Plans and overall business strategies.
・Performance Management: Aggregating and reporting on various KPIs and management metrics.
・Financial Planning: Budget management and variance analysis (Budget vs. Actual).
・M&A Support: Driving and supporting Mergers and Acquisitions initiatives.
・Market Intelligence: Gathering and analyzing competitor and market data.
・Executive Projects: Handling special assignments and planning support directly requested by the management team.
・Scope of Change: All business operations defined by the company. |
応募資格Requirement |
<必須要件>
・事業会社での経営企画/経営管理(3年以上)、またはIR開示資料作成経験のいずれかの経験
・資料作成、数値分析、レポーティングの実務経験(PowerPoint/Excelの実務スキル)

・経営陣との折衝・議論の経験
・会計・ファイナンスの基礎知識
・ベンチャー・上場企業での経営企画経験

Minimum Requirements (Must-Have)
・Experience: At least 3+ years of experience in Corporate Planning, Management Accounting, or Investor Relations (IR) disclosure within a corporate environment.
・Technical Skills: Proven proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and creating high-quality presentation materials using Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)
・Investor Relations: Experience in investor engagement and planning/executing IR events.
・Stakeholder Management: Proven track record of negotiating and collaborating directly with executive management.
・Financial Literacy: Strong foundational knowledge of accounting and corporate finance.
・Business Background: Experience in corporate planning at a startup (venture) or a publicly listed company.

Payment Method: Annual salary divided into 12 monthly installments.

Fixed Overtime Allowance: JPY 109,000 - 132,300 (Includes 30 hours of overtime; additional pay for any hours exceeding this).
Probation Period: 6 months (Terms and conditions remain unchanged during this period).

Work Location & Style
Location: Minato-ku, Tokyo (In-office as a general rule).
Remote Work: One day per week allowed (Available after completion of the probation period).
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Includes a 1-hour break).
Holidays & Benefits
Holidays: Weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) and Public Holidays.
Social Insurance: Full coverage (Health Insurance, Employees' Pension, Employment Insurance, and Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance).
Benefits:
Transportation Allowance: Up to JPY 30,000 per month.
