仕事内容Job description You will be responsible for supporting foreign technical intern trainees so they can work and live safely and comfortably in Japan.

Main responsibilities include:

Providing daily life support and guidance to technical intern trainees
Explaining company policies and workplace rules
Conducting regular follow-up meetings with trainees
Visiting manufacturing sites (Wakayama and Gifu) for on-site support
Acting as a liaison between trainees and site supervisors
Supporting communication to prevent workplace issues
Monitoring internship progress and preparing reports
Note: This role does not include regulatory system design or coordination with supervising organizations.
応募資格Requirement Requirements
Business-level Japanese proficiency (internal communication is conducted entirely in Japanese)
Willingness to travel nationwide (approximately once per month)

Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting and guiding Technical Intern Trainees in daily life matters
Experience in foreign employee labor management
Experience working with a Registered Support Organization (for Specified Skilled Workers)
Experience managing foreign staff
Experience supporting foreign employees in the manufacturing or food industry
Experience coordinating with supervising organizations (Technical Intern Training Organizations)
Experience supporting Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) visa holders
Experience in the food manufacturing industry
Willingness to work in regional (non-urban) locations or openness to relocation/assignment outside major metropolitan areas

Probation period:

3 months (no change in conditions)

Annual salary range:

New graduates: JPY 3.0 – 3.5 million
Mid-career hires: JPY 4.5 – 5.0 million
Salary will be determined based on experience and position level.

Twice per year (July and December)
Performance-based bonus included
(previous year average: approx. 3.4 months)

Overtime

Average company-wide overtime: approx. 10 hours/month
