仕事内容Job description You will be assigned to the head office administrative division, where you will be responsible for duties related to general affairs, human resources, or accounting, depending on your background, skills, and preferences.

Probation Period

Expected Annual Salary
New graduates: 3.0 – 3.5 million JPY
Mid-career hires: 4.5 – 5.0 million JPY

Salary will be determined based on experience, skills, and assigned position.

Salary Structure
Bonus twice per year (July and December)
Performance-linked bonus system (previous year average: 3.4 months)
Salary increase once per year (April)
Average overtime: approximately 10 hours per month
